Callum who served us was absolutely lovely and handled everything brilliantly, which I really appreciated as I wasn’t feeling well on the day of purchase. I absolutely love my Fiat 500X – it’s fab! Despite feeling a bit down in the dumps on the day, the whole experience was still great.

We initially enquired about an Audi Q5 but ended up buying a Volvo XC60. I've had Volvos for a long time so decided to stick to what I know. Hassan was the chap who helped us at Cartime in Bury and he was really very good. He was super busy but it didn’t affect the level of service at all. He did a great job for us and was very patient — especially as I like to play hardball ha!
