It was easy enough process to go through at cartime. I think details covering the mileage could’ve been better and the aftersales however the sales initially were okay. They also had a really good availability of cars which stood out.

"Pretty smooth"

my purchase was ok pretty smooth but after 1 day of owning the car the engine light came on and had trouble getting it into garage to get it fixed etc.
When I finally found one I was with out a car for 4 days and that was a struggle paying taxis etc to and from work.
But other than that cartime was pretty good

I found cartime to offer a good range of MG’s which was good in case I preferred another model. I love the car however I am still waiting for the issue regarding the warrantee to be sorted. Overall, Shahzad was also good who dealt with me.

Right place, Right time. The Audi a4 cartime was selling was cheaper than the others and Suhaib there was sound. There were a few minor problems regarding the money transfer but overall, I am satisfied with the car.

The customer service I was very happy with everything went smoothly, anything I didn’t understand was explained to me, I chose Cartime because of the price and of course it was within the distance I could travel to me the purchase. It was the fact that they helped me sit in the car and get a good feel of it before I took it out for a test drive. And the hospitality with the sitting area with the small kitchen for tea and coffee was very nice 😊
