All good with the Hyundai Kona. We did have one issue which we haven't been able to get to the bottom of but with living so far from the dealership we have had to find a local garage. When we collected the car there was an issue with the payment so it wasted our day which was a bit annoying but not necessarily their fault. Overall the service was good though and I would recommend Cartime to people who live nearby, you can tell they are a trustworthy company.

Cartime are local to me so went there. On the day it was alright, they weren’t excellent, but they weren't rubbish. The team were good but it was a long experience of ups and downs if it was working or not. They didn’t ring back when they said they would, bit of a nightmare but it worked out in the end. Mitchell was great, he was a good lad. Helped me through the process. I would recommend them to others.

I have been getting on alright with my Seat Tarraco from Cartime. While we felt that the customer service was good. I had visited other places before going to Cartime but they were the most helpful and were realistic. Paul was a very nice person, I liked him, he was patient and tried to stick to the basics to help us as much as he could.
