Everything with my Hyundai has been fine, but there were a couple of things that disappointed me about the experience. When I got the car, I noticed that it didn't come with a jack or wheel brace. When I called up to enquire about getting one, I was told that tyres now come with something that fills the tyre if you get a puncture, but after looking online, I've seen that the car originally comes with the jack and brace, so I have had to go out of my way to pay for one. Also, I noticed a scratch on the car and after mentioning it, I was told I'd get a touch-up pen sent out but I still haven't got this and I've had no update from the dealership.

Apart from some scratches on the windscreen and only getting one key with the vehicle, the service from Cartime was overall fine. I would possibly look to use them again if they had the right car in at the right time.

Ged really looked after me while I was at the Rochdale branch. Everything on the day was smashing and I'm happy to give 5 stars.

It was good service from the team and my sister has just gone and got an MG for herself from Cartime but in white. The car it's self has been fine, it the hazards seem to come on when you go over a bump but that's all I've noticed. I'll have to get the front wipers changed at some point because they weren't changed prior to collecting the car.

This was my first time buying Cartime and the sales person Oliver was great. So far all is good with the vehicle, and I would look to go back again if they have the right vehicle in.

Absolutely everything with the car has been brilliant. I have taken the car for a health check and it has no issues whatsoever. I am very happy with everything, and of course it is a five-star review.

Ged was very helpful, and the Volkswagen UP has had no problems and is running well.

The service has been great. I did have a small issue with the car, but the sales team and service team fixed it for me. They were nothing but helpful and made the whole process straightforward and stress-free. From start to finish, I felt looked after, and I’m really enjoying the car now with no issues. I would definitely use them again in the future.

Ged was absolutely brilliant. From the start, I told him I didn’t want to take the warranty. He didn’t try to push it on me. He did advise it, but once I made it clear I wouldn’t take it if he pushed, he respected that and didn’t mention it again. He was really helpful and professional. Any questions I had, he answered straight away. I was able to have a laugh with him too, which was nice. He is a great salesman and a big credit to CarTime. I would recommend him to anyone.
