The Ford Focus is running really well. Hassan was brilliant, I can’t stress enough how good of a salesman he is. Absolutely excellent.

I think what impressed us most was the helpfulness of the team at Cartime in Rochdale. We were greeted by John who was a great help in making sure we got what we wanted. He sorted our part-exchange and explained every part of the process to us in detail. No reason not to score 5/5 and we'd happily return in future.

Ged the salesman was good to deal with, he made the whole process smooth. And post sale when we discovered the aircon needed re-gassing, Ged worked quickly and got this sorted for us and within a few days it was done and dusted. Based on my experience buying my Audi A3, I would return in the future.

Everything has been going really well I am very happy. The car i got was a new car on the sight so there was a delay in taking it back with me. But once everything had been sorted it was a really quick process. Asam helped with the whole transaction and he was brilliant, he was in communication with me the whole time giving me updates and letting me know when the car would be ready. Any questions I had I got a swift response.

Fantastic experience from the team down at Rochdale. They were lovely, provided a good service and the sales person was very happy and friendly. Hopefully this vehicle will be with me for a while but I wouldn't have a problem recommending them to others.

This was my 1st time using Carime and it was overall a great experience, Moncef was lovely and answered all my questions. A little feedback would be that the process needs to slow down a little, it felt quite rushed. But I am really happy with the car and it running well.
