I viewed and purchased a car from Castle 4 Cars with my son in law. The car started to make bad noises and then engine just stopped and cut out. As purchase was within 30 days so we politely asked for a full refund. Luke the salesman scream and shouted abuse down the phone. Still can’t believe it. It’s now going to court. Please do not go near this garage.
Just got a lovely Ford Focus from castle4cars I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to any of my friends

Found the Jaguar, on-line, at Castle 4 Cars, was close to what I was looking for, made an on-line enquiry in the evening through their site and got a reply within half an hour. As I was 300 miles away arranged an A.A. inspection which highlighted certain issues, all were addressed and evidence of work done, With pictures, was e-mailed to me. Had several phone conversations regarding purchasing the car, response was always excellent, agreed a fair price and arranged collection. On arrival the Jaguar was better than expected, well presented and in mint condition, the welcome was excellent, cup of tea ready, hand over was done quickly and efficiently and I was away with my purchase. Other cars on the forecourt appeared to be in good and presentable condition. Well worth the 600 mile round trip. Thank you Luke, George and all at Castle 4 Cars, your service, attention and customer service was perfect. I have dealt with many dealerships over the years and Castle 4 Cars in my experience cannot be faulted.

I just purchased a Vauxhall Merriva from here and the service was great. Not at all pushy and listened to what I wanted. Paid a good fair price and the car drives lovely. Would definitely recommend them and use Castle 4 Cars again.

I bought a car from Castle 4 Cars in April, big mistake. Within one week I had to call the aa out and get emergency repairs done, three weeks later, more went wrong with the car, overall had over £1000 of work done within a month of purchase. I contacted this company to advise I had to have the work done otherwise I couldn't get home (and had no way of getting the car to them otherwise) they were rude and unhelpful and said I was overcharged and they would have done it cheaper (despite being unable to get the car to them!). In the end, they stopped communicating with me, which shows just how could their customer service is. I would also suggest that you do a thorough check on the history of the car before purchasing from him, checking previous work, mot's, mileage etc
I've brought 2 cars from this dealership and cannot fault them at all, my second car had an issue with a power steering pump in which they replaced without hesitation. I would highly recommend this garage! Thanks Mr Webb - Lymington
I bought a vauxall meriva from Castle 4 Cars, after having it a week I took it to my local garage to be checked over. They found many problems with the car including a faulty window so I called and castle 4 cars agreed to fix the problems. I took the car in and a week later the window was still faulty so I had to take it back at which point they fitted a new part. After another week the window was playing up again so I called luke at castle4cars. He told me that because of my inconvenience I could get the window looked at at my local garage which I did, they quoted £to reallign the window as this had not been done properly and when I informed luke he said to go ahead. After the work was done I got a bill for just over £60 which I informed luke about and he said to email the bill which I did. Having not received anything in over a week I called to find out what was happening and he told me very rudely that I was taking the p#!! And that because it was higher than originally agreed he refused to pay any at which he slammed the phone down. Clearly the garage they use needs more training in window alignment and luke needs a lesson in customer service.

I'm sorry Lisa that your expectations haven't been met but as you indicated we willingly repaired your car while giving you a courtesy car for inconvenience. You refused to bring the car back for a second time and instead sent me an invoice for a non authorised repair which we had already carried out and I could of got done free of charge by my local garage as they warrant any work carried out. So I feel your review is unfair and you are just trying to leave a negative reflection of our company. Please see other reviews we always try to help customers out with any issues they may have. Unfortunately mechanical failure is unforeseen and can happen at any time.

It's shocking that you can lie so easily. I brought the car to you twice, the first time there were several faults, the second time it was the window and yes you replaced the part but the window was still faulty. I phoned to tell you and you said for my convenience as it was a long way for me to come I could get it looked at locally which I did. I even called before the work was carried out to confirm you were happy. At any point you could have said that it needed to come back to you but you said that's fine email me the bill. I am not a liar just someone who's not used to dealing with people who say one thing and do another.
Good experience overall with this dealership. I bought a Suzuki Alto back in June and I am happy with it. Very good value for money and was properly cleaned and in very good condition. The only small issue is that the wheels hadn't been balanced properly but I just went to a local dealership to get that sorted as its only a £10 pound job. Overall I am happy and would recommend Castle 4 cars.

I brought a lovely low mileage zafira from this garage in Southampton and the guys were so helpful and friendly here. All the cars were presented in exceptional condition and they specialise in low mileage cars with full service histories. Highly recommend anyone looking for their next car to give them a try!
