I live in Inverness Scotland and searched all over the UK and thought process of elimination, I landed at Centurian/ RangerWorld in Kettering. My first telephone/email contact was with Paul Harding. Paul spent more time listening to my request and answering my questions rather than trying to sell me a vehicle. Then I was handed over to Dave Harrison “the tech guy” who came across as just a normal guy just wanting to help and make sure everything I was looking for was right. Between Paul & Dave they went well over the top in customer service and not once did I feel pressured, they helped me get the best insurance deal and guided me through the nightmare of the DVLA transfer of ownership saga, finance options and even organised the transfer of my personal number plates, which wasn’t really their duty. I bought the vehicle without touching it or driving it as they provided me with the confidence. When I flew down, I was picked up the from the train station the next day by Mr Harding senior and then met the boys and saw their set up and my new vehicle and drove it for the first time. I knew I had made the right choice. To conclude, if anyone is looking to buy a “special vehicle”, and with confidence and without feeling pressured into a sale, these guys are the guys to talk to! From the website to the unique setting I can honestly say this dealer is a pleasure to deal with. Adam greeted me and encouraged me to let my two boys sit in the office on a lovely settee with access to the WiFi, the managing director Paul despite being busy actually helped my boys to get online. I was made a delicious coffee in superb surroundings and despite not being there to buy one of the more exciting cars and they have fabulous cars to see I was treated impeccably. The car I went to see was presented well, Adam got me in the drivers seat and I was soon speeding along. Not only was I pleased with the vehicle but before I collect the car I have been assured all the niggles will be taken care of. I will strongly recommend this business and wish them a great future at their new site in Yaxley.
