The Toyota I picked up from CG Cars in Nottingham has been perfect, it is a nice drive and I love spending time behind the wheel in this car. The customer service from here was fabulous and the team really went out of their way to help me from start to end. I recommend these confidently as a dealer knowing that you can buy your car from and them and not be let down.

A 5 Star experience with CG Cars whilst buying my Ford Fiesta from them, I have no qualms whatsoever. Everything was dealt with very professionally and within the timescales I was hoping for.

From making the initial inquiry to CG Cars to the handover it was an experience I will never forget. This dealer really do take great pride in providing their customers with the very highest standard of customer service, they take their time to go through everything thoroughly with you and to check that your happy with everything before you leave their premises. They also check in with you not long after buying your car to make sure everything is going okay. The car we bought off them is a Renault Clio and it's been perfect so far, we've had no hiccups with it at all, I would highly recommend these and I would definitely shop here again in the future. I only scored these 4 out of 5 because no one can be perfect, these came very, very close though.

It was a pleasure to buy from Carl at CG Cars in Nottingham, he was really welcoming, polite and knowledgeable and he was able to answer any questions that I had for him about the car and he gave me good advice. I'm delighted with my Suzuki it is a fab car and I love the time I get to spend behind the wheel in it.

On the whole I am very pleased with my new car from CG Cars. I got myself a Renault Modus which is very different to anything I have ever had before, I went to CG Cars despite them being so far away because they had the right car at the right price but also, I felt I had built a good relationship with Carl and got the impression I would be well looked after. The experience felt like he was working with me not against me and it was seamless start to finish. I had had a little niggle post sale and emphasis on the little, it's not caused me any major issues but intermittently, the remote locking system will play up. This is a small hiccup in an overall very good experience and wouldn't deter me from going back to CG Cars in future. I would recommend them to anyone in the market for a used car too.

I feel really comfortable dealing with Carl, I have had many cars of him in the past and I will very likely have many more cars from him in future. He always takes the time to chat, listens to what I need and helps me make an appropriate decision, he is never pushy and really polite. He is a great guy and I recommend CG Cars if you are in the market for a used car.

Carl has been a good friend off mine for 30 odd years, I always go to him for my cars now and he always looked after me. I got myself a Ford Fiesta which is not to dissimilar to the cars I have had in the past and it's great. No issues, no cause for concern and no reason to complain.

I have had 2 or 3 cars from Carl at CG Cars now and I wouldn't go anywhere else for my cars. This one in particular was for my son, he has been driving a while and had a number of cars, he wanted something small, cheap to run and low on insurance so the Nissan Micra they had was perfect for him. Carl was excellent as always, he always does a good job of looking after us and I will certainly be back in future for my next car.
