On the whole I am very pleased with my new car from CG Cars. I got myself a Renault Modus which is very different to anything I have ever had before, I went to CG Cars despite them being so far away because they had the right car at the right price but also, I felt I had built a good relationship with Carl and got the impression I would be well looked after. The experience felt like he was working with me not against me and it was seamless start to finish. I had had a little niggle post sale and emphasis on the little, it's not caused me any major issues but intermittently, the remote locking system will play up. This is a small hiccup in an overall very good experience and wouldn't deter me from going back to CG Cars in future. I would recommend them to anyone in the market for a used car too.

I feel really comfortable dealing with Carl, I have had many cars of him in the past and I will very likely have many more cars from him in future. He always takes the time to chat, listens to what I need and helps me make an appropriate decision, he is never pushy and really polite. He is a great guy and I recommend CG Cars if you are in the market for a used car.

Carl has been a good friend off mine for 30 odd years, I always go to him for my cars now and he always looked after me. I got myself a Ford Fiesta which is not to dissimilar to the cars I have had in the past and it's great. No issues, no cause for concern and no reason to complain.

I have had 2 or 3 cars from Carl at CG Cars now and I wouldn't go anywhere else for my cars. This one in particular was for my son, he has been driving a while and had a number of cars, he wanted something small, cheap to run and low on insurance so the Nissan Micra they had was perfect for him. Carl was excellent as always, he always does a good job of looking after us and I will certainly be back in future for my next car.

Since purchasing the Seat Ibiza in September, it hasn't been used much, as the car is for my son and he was meant to be having his driving test in October so we thought it would be nice for him to have a car to jump straight into if he passed but as luck would have it the instructor cancelled the test at the last minute. So I've used the car myself to give it a small run around and it runs perfectly. The team handled everything perfectly from start to finish. Fingers crossed my son passes soon so he can drive his car.

My daughter recently purchased a car from here and since driving it away in October she can't get enough of it and from what she has told me she is getting on well with her car.

I'm quite happy with the car. It's exactly the same make, model and year as my previous one, so took no getting used to. The only difference is this one lacks mudflaps which I might get sorted, it's not as clean as when I picked it up! I've done 650 miles up to now with no problems or complaints. Hope it stays that way.
