Having spoke to Carl on the telephone regarding the need to purchase a lower cc car,, he kindly let my husband and I view some out of his normal hours . He showed us some lovely cars and he gave us lots of information regarding economy etc of each car. There was absolutely no pressure whatsoever from Carl and we found what we were looking for. Over the moon with the service provided by Carl at CG Cars! He was so helpful and a fountain of knowledge, he knew my car like the back of his hand! He was welcoming, greeted me with smiles, it was a lovely environment and I never felt any pressure to buy. My Fiesta is driving perfectly and is lovely inside, it looks brand new. Carl showed me round the Astra in full detail well he gave me all of the important info, he then left me to look at the car in my own time without anybody watching over. There was no pushy sales tactics and I felt Carl genuinely wanted me to get a car that suited my needs, I wasn't 'just a sale' - which was nice! I will definitely be passing on my recommendations, Carl was brilliant to work with and my car hasn't put a single foot wrong since leaving the dealership, really impressed with everything!

Excellent service, I was able to drive away with my new car almost immediately, I had a test drive, liked it and everything was taken care of from there! The dealer was helpful and worked extremely quickly, he guided me through the purchase and made it as straight forwards as possible.
