I've driven past Chadwells Cars hundreds of times over the years and this April I purchased a Cherokee Jeep from these guys. I found them very helpful, sensibly priced, and the car has not let me down once since then. Special mention of Dominic who was a real gent throughout and tendered to my every need even if I was a little fussy! I highly recommend Chadwells.
Recently purchased a Mercedes A class for my son first car from Chadwells Cars. Amazing services was given a long test drive and explained how the car works, had the car for 6 month now my son loves it have recommend friends who have also purchased a car from here top service!
my daughter bought the yellow juke which is shown for sale on this site...it had a leak of some fluid i took back where it was replaced with rubber hose still had same leak. it cost me over £80 returning then having to train home as the Nav system has a fault which i kept telling them, but not really interested as you have to drive it before it keeps cutting out they should put in listing its knackered. In the end i really was not happy, my daughter has had to take a £1000 loss for them to take car back which i feel they should have fully refunded her as 1000 is a lot of money to lose through no fault of there own...oh and a scuff on wheel which that took a further 100 off and to be honest i believe they did that when they had car back.....so pay £8000 for a car that ruined my drive with oil. nothing but hassle.

Hi there I am about to purchase a car from them and I have paid £200 deposit I've seen a few that reviews about them I would like to ask you about yours do you think this is specific to your car without generally bad dealers? Also did you get RAC four example to look over the car before you purchased it? Any advice or help would be appreciated before we buy very expensive car and this will be the family car for our new baby thanks
I purchased a Vauxhall Antara from here in July. They were very helpful and friendly throughout the sale and the car was really nice and clean and in very good condition. Unfortunately, The car did develop and issue with the start stop which was not covered by the warranty so cost a fair bit to get repaired but other than that i am really happy with the car and would recommend this dealership to my friends and family.

I bought an Audi from this dealership in July. The car was sold with 12 months MOT but there is no way that the could have passed it MOT legally. The handbrake was faulty didn't stop the car properly and the tread on both of the rear tyres was way below the legal limit so I have had to have these sorted. I would go back to this dealership or recommend them at all.

Bought a Chevrolet Captiva in July this year from Chadwells and found them to be very helpfully, would buy from them again.
I BOUGHT A £13000 CAR IN JANUARY FROM CHADWELLS CARS. THEY ONLY PUT A MONTH'S WARRANTY ON IT (WHICH I DIDN'T NOTICE TILL I HAD USED THE CAR FOR A FEW WEEKS). TO SAY THE LEAST, I HAVE HAD A NIGHTMARE WITH THE CAR. THE CAR IS LESS THAN 5 YEARS OLD AND ALREADY I HAVE HAD TO CHANGE THE TRANSMISSION SOLENOID (£550), ALL BREAK PAD AND DISCS, BOTH FRONT AND BACK BUMPERS HAD SOME WORK DONE PREVIOUSLY, THE OVERHEAD CONSOLE HAD BEEN SERIOUSLY TAMPERED WITH. NOW, THE ENGINE IS COMING OUT WITH A MASSIVE KNOCKING NOISE AND MY MECHANIC SAYS I NEED A NEW ENGINE AND HE IS 100% SURE THE CAR HAD BEEN INVOLVED IN AN ACCIDENT BEFORE IT WAS SOLD TO ME AS THIS CANNOT BE THE SAME ORIGINAL ENGINE!!! I HAVE CALLED CHADWELLS A FEW TIMES AND ITS LIKE I AM BEING MOCKED FOR BEING A MUG!

I bought my 2010 Nissan qashqai from Chadwells back in January 2014. I found them to be very professional and friendly. I couldn't fault them at all. The car was very clean, all paperwork in order and it was a 5 star service from the start to end. Very pleased.
