I would not recommend Johnsons Hyundai Tamworth because the service from the sales man Peter and the Business Manager Jamie was disgusting. They believed they could talk to us in a degrading manner after the vehicle we purchased had been prepared to a unsatisfactory standard. The rear bumper had been “ repaired “ but looked even worse with the poor work quality. The team admitted that they could see this but proceeded to talk to us in a disgusting manner telling us to leave and take our deposit back after we had travelled over 500 miles in total for this vehicle. Worst customer service I have ever experienced

What an embarrassing disaster this appointment has been.  Turn up 10 minutes early for appointment only to be told I'm not on the system and the car is out for next 2 hours. Like many to view Ioniq 5 it's the first time I've dealt with Hyundai. Oh dear can't recommend in any way. Arrogant salesman and shocking reception I've had time off work for this test drive and to be honest hugely looked forward to driving it.

Chambers Motors were great, all the typical negatives associated with used car dealers don't apply here, there was no pressure, no up sell and no disagreements over price. As a result I got a car that is spot on and didn't pay a penny more than I wanted to.

I purchased a Peugeot 107 which is obviously their cheapest range car and I was definitely made to feel an inferior customer. The manager did not return any telephone calls about queries I had and was very unhelpful. When I collected the car, I was told they were too busy to show me the car and just gave me the keys and i had to go outside to find the car for myself and work out where the controls were. Exceptionally poor customer service. I returned again after 12 months to have the car serviced and MOT and received the same poor service and communication. I was left waiting over 5 hours with no refreshments or communication as to why it had taken so long. If buying from the cheaper range, do not use this garage.

I purchased a car for my son from Chambers of Tamworth and to be honest we didnt deal too much with them. However, why its worth leaving a review for them is because when they sent the, on time i must add it arrived exactly as described, without any hiccups in the process and for this you can often take a sales transaction for granted especially when buying a car. We purchased a Hyundai I30 for anyone reading this reviews reference.
