I got a BMW 320D from here back in September. I had to travel from South Wales but it was definitely worth it. The car looked fantastic and since I've had the car I have only had a few issues with it which have just been common faults but the car is really good value for money. I would happily recommend this dealership to my friends and family.

Had a van from Charnwood cars and it was one thing after another, never got the problem sorted and I'm still trying to get something done with the van. I am £6500 down but I'm taking it to court and am not letting them have my hard urnt money for a bag of ---- stay well away. Happy to take your money and that's it.

You and me both STEVEN. They are defending the claim I am making for thousands of pounds spent on what turned out to be a car on its last legs and it is taking months. They have ignored all the evidence I have given them and they have been caught lying in their defence papers. It can be a lengthy and stressful process mate but I advise you to be determined and keep going. Its the luck of the draw with these guys and some of the stuff they sell is obviously complete rubbish. Stick with it pal. Teach them a lesson with a CCJ. Decent people should beware of the smiling faces at Charnwood Cars!
I asked Charnwood to find me a work-horse car for my work purposes and they came up with eactly the right car at a surprisingly good price 150,000 miles later I went back to Charnwood to do the same again, and am delighted that, once again they came up with the ideal car, so far have only clocked up 50,000 trouble free miles and expect to achieve the next 100,000 miles Congratulations Charnwood on finding the right cars for me, would thoroughly recommend their honest and straightforward approach. Have recommend them to my friends and colleagues

I'm amazed by what I've been reading about Charnwood cars. We have bought two cars from them and they have both been fantastic buys. We still have the second car - a Ford Focus - and since we bought it at a very fair price, I have put about 50,000 miles on the clock and it is going strong. The team there are very helpful, completely honest about everything, not in the slightest bit pushy - it's an excellent outfit.
Would not recommend this place, purchased a car from them spotted a few faults I was advised they would fix them they never carried them out and every time I went to sort it out the guy was never there surprise surprise. Had the car only for a few weeks and it started playing up when I called them they really didn't want to help me and I had to arrange with the garage to get the car fixed. Very poor place!!! Will never go back!
I don’t usually write reviews but while researching Charnwood cars I found this site which had a couple of negative reviews and just had to say something. I went ahead and bought a car anyway from there cos a friend swears by them. I’m glad I did superb service and obviously a really honest and upfront company and my car was good value for the money.
Dealt with a very friendly guy who knew his cars and didn't annoy me with pushy 'sales' tactics or try and push me out of my budget. They were very organised with getting the car prepared and ready for me to pick up as well as its always frustrating waiting to get you new motor. The car has been a great buy and not given me any trouble since I've had it so I'd happily recommend Charnwood Cars.
I had a lot of issues with the car I purchased from Charnwood Cars in Warwick. Their were problems found by myself with car at the initial viewing that were all promised to be sorted before delivery. We are talking in excess of 7K purchase price. None of what was promised or on their website actually happened. The car has no horn, but came with a brand new MOT? The car had not been serviced. Would not start and then broke down. Bill from my own Garage had to put in, in excess of 9 hours work and new parts to put numerous problems right and this is still ongoing, Charnwood Cars did send a cheque to reimburse, after the threat of legal action. But nothing but disappointment plus hassle. The usual story, lots of lip service, LITTLE ACTION by Charnwood Cars, only by me.

we got a car from this garage the team was very helpfull and kind .when it came to the deal we was not happy when we looked in to it the car we brought did not have a service which i thought would of been standard when buying a car only had the car a week and now need to service (main one as well)i am now a bit gutted got to spend another£330 on getting it done i always thought when buying a new car you should be happy they bought our car for 400 and are now selling it for 1695 makes me feel a bit sick ,
