I recently brought a Citroen cactus c4, there was no pressure to buy. They made the whole process very quick and easy, and coffee was included. It is a family run business, and all the family member's I have met have been amazing and nothing is too much trouble. I had to take the car back as a engine warning light came on, the car was fixed in 10 mins whilst I drank my coffee, I would highly recommend Chatfield's.

Bought a Citroen Nemo Multispace from Chatfields, I part exchanged my Fiat Panda for it and got a better deal than a dealer which was far closer to me in Sheffield city centre. Car was MOT'd and freshly cleaned when it arrived with two new tyres on the front wheels. They even arranged to have it delivered to me on a low loader instead of me going to them to pick it up as I have a disability which makes driving long distances very difficult.

Bought used car. Friendly, no pressure and professional. Would recommend.

I bought a car from Chatfields just before we went into lockdown. I found them to be a friendly family business who did not put pressure on you to buy. The car was serviced and MOT'd ready for when I picked it up and I've had no problems since. As a lady driver buying a car can be intimidating but I felt so at ease with their no pressure sales. I would definitely recommend them and I will certainly be using them again in the future.

I bought a car from Chatfields Cars and although I was very nervous and worried about paying out a large sum (for me anyway) on a second hand car, I must praise Chatfield Cars. I had to return the car recently under warranty and must say I was pleasantly surprised at the no quibble, no questions approach to my problem. The problem was sorted out efficiently and quickly without any further issues, to the point where I was given the number of the mechanics to put my mind at ease as I wanted to double check that everything that was needed, was completed.
