I have bought a Seat Altea 10 plate about a month ago from CHC Car Sales.. but so far already had to take the car for a fix twice!! Looking to sell the car now as im sure it will come up with more problems! and When we spoke to the guy the first time about a problem.. he seem to know all about it but of course hid it from us. In short.. dont trust CHC Car Sales.

Hi Hodan, Your passenger door lock was pointed out to your partner who said not to worry he will get it sorted. 2-3 weeks later use called to tell me it was a wiring & I advised they have an actuator which seizes, I don't think you took my advice so hence had to go back to garage? It's an unfair review when the part is covered under warranty I give free of charge & you have only contacted me once about the issue where I gave my advice for the garage to check the said part. I am sorry your disappointed however all you needed to do was contact me about it, I have tried to contact you by call & message with no joy, I run my business with pride & you are the first bad review & an unfair review. I managed to speak to hodan today 11-3-17 & clarify that the issue mentioned was the door & that before they left, me & her partner had a chat about the lock & was testing it together. The lock was repaired under our warranty. The other issue was the car stalling which turned out it was not stalling, had never stalled at all it's the start stop function, however I have still asked them to have it checked out for peace of mind. We are a very proud family dealership that does our best to provide quality cars, sometimes people react quicker than they should instead of contacting the dealer or warranty company which can cause unfair reviews however we are here to help.
Really happy with my Audi from CHC Car Sales! The service and after sales were wonderful. I had a light come on but they got it all sorted under warranty. The brake pads also needed replacing which was not covered, however the dealer referred me to a local garage and they did it at a a discounted price which was fantastic. I would very highly recommend this dealership.
