If i could give Chelmsford Prestige more than 5 stars i would!! We travelled all the way from Bristol to have a look at an Audi A6. When we arrived the car looked great and the sales team were so helpful with every question we had! We purchased the vehicle and needed to take it the same day as we couldn't come back but the car needed a service and MOT so we were stuck on what to do. This is when they offered to have the car delivered to us!! We were over the moon and we had the car within 3 days. Very happy with our purchase and loving the car! Thank you to Christina and Bill

Recently purchased a 2015 plate Mercedes C250d premium plus from this small- medium sized independent garage. Highly recommended for good used cars. Competitive prices, excellent sales & customer service. Very helpful about routine independent inspection and took a great deal of time and trouble preparing the car to a 1st class standard. I purchased a golf from Chelmsford Prestige and since day 1 had a fault with it, the car been previously damaged repaired, aftermarket headlights, false heated seats which didnt work, heaters didnt work, headlights needed a knock on them to get them working at times, and a dodgy drive to it like as if a wheels loose. Dont buy ever! Waste experience ever!

I bought a BMW X5 from Chelmsford Prestige. Biggest mistake I could make. From day 1 the car had issues with the gearbox amongst other things. We took it back and they had it 13 days to rectify the faults. They kept saying that the mechanic was part time and hadn’t had time to fix it. The day I got it back I was told they were also waiting for a part for the washer jets as they had previously been superglued - hence they weren’t working and yet Chelmsford Prestige had put a new mot on the car prior to sale!!!!!! That is a failure but it passed. After the gearbox faults not been rectified we got a full refund on the vehicle! Avoid avoid avoid!
