I had a bad experience with Steve. He is not a man of his word and cannot be trusted.

It's a rare thing for me to leave a review, but occasionally a Man's got to do, what a Man's got to do. Lets start off with the owner Steve, what a nice bloke, sat me down in his office, and asked a few questions, then listened to what I had to say, showed me some vans that he thought would be suitable for my needs, Oh and I have to say at this point, Steve is not a pushy person you can take as much time as you like to decide what to do, he would rather you be happy in you decision rather that push you into something you don't want, once I had picked the van, I arranged to pick it up a few day's later, as Steven's team go to work sorting out any niggles, which I have to say were very few, just 2 small marks on body when I arrived this morning 28th July 2021 the van I chose, was gleaming everything sorted thanks to his team, who are also very obliging if you have any questions, Steven will go the extra mile, If you think of anything you forgot you wanted put on the vehicle, if he can do it the same day he will no qualms, all that's left for me to do now, is thank Steve and his team for a excellent service. I live over 400 miles away from Chequered Flag in Leeds and having looked for months for a van on the internet i spoke with the boss Steve from Chequered flag having seen there advertisements. I had read the reviews and Steve asked me my budget and what I needed. He searched for a van and found me exactly what I was looking for. He was always available to answer any of my silly questions The company were fantastic they provided me a van to my budget which i have to say is better than I expected. They carried out all of the work that was needed for the van to be spot on. I have honestly had the best service possible. I have seen and spoken to so many sellers who let me down when I was looking for a van and have left this review so you can see the excellent service that I was given by Steve from this company.. I would recommend this company to anyone and if you are looking for a van I would strongly recommend giving Steve a ring. Thankyou Steve.

Bought a vivaro van from steve at chequered flag a couple of weeks ago. When i first arrived at the garage i thought it was a bit back streety. How wrong can you be!!! Steve showed me round and showed me how they prepared all their vehicles before being put on the market. He then took me into the showroom where all the vehicles that were up for sale were stored. He asked me some details about what i needed and took me to 2 or 3 vans which he thought might be suitable. The first one was superb so after a brief test drive the deal was done. Arranged to pick up the following lunchtime. Ready and waiting for me as arranged. Brilliant

I can not fault Chequered Flag GB in any way! I showed my interest in a car that he had, very low mileage Clio which was an absolute bargain. Not only did they hold the car for me before I was able to see it, they understood that I was waiting for a car insurance pay out and ended up keeping the car for longer than I had anticipated. They didn’t try the hard sell, encouraged a test drive and even then cleaned the car inside and out, giving me a full service and MOT. There was a leak in the radiator which they made sure was rectified and (through no fault of theirs) when a fault became apparent with my headlights weeks later, they were happy for me to bring the car in for the guys to sort! All of the mechanics there are extremely friendly and love to have a bit of a laugh too. They go above and beyond without being forceful in any way and makes sure they sells safe vehicles. Will only be taking my car to them from now on for services and MOT’s too. Thanks again!

Just bought a berlingo from chequered flag in leeds, dealt with Steve who was very helpful and arranged for the car to be delivered. Very good service with everything I expected. I would recommend this garage to anyone and the piece of mind it offers. Thanks Steve.
