Thanks for your review. The engine management light came on due to a new sensor fitted on exhaust. We had the car back, and reset the sensor the cars was then fine. You then had the car for 10 days, the battery went flat due to your error, you then tried to invoice us for £200, for a car we sold you for £1400. When we had the car back, due to your unreasonable expectations, we decided to refund you the money. Despite it looking like a skip, with the mess you had left in it. Had you not left numerous take away debris in the car, Your husband would not have needed to have exceptional driving skills, had the debris you had thrown on the floor (which was under the pedals) been thrown into a bin.

Thanks for replying to this review, seeing as you choose to ignore my emails for so long when I was trying to deal with you in relation to the car at the time we had it in our possession. The car was in exactly the same condition when we returned it to you as we made sure to leave it in the same condition we were given it (I have the pictures if you would like to see) we also didn't invoice for you for £200 (also have the copy of the ACTUAL invoice if you would like to see - the invoice we issued you along with the proof from the AA, the screenshot of the AA mechanics error read on the battery and the ACTUAL report from the AA mechanic himself, to which you issued us a partial refund too after accusing us of lying and a confrontational phone call - just to clarify, can also provide proof of the emails accusing me of lying about the battery) you issued us a refund for the full value of the car because the car you sold us was unroadworthy, as shown in the 2nd MOT you had performed, (also can provide a screen shot of the errors that were flagged up). So nothing to do with you imaginary food containers in the car, which I would be happy to see photo evidence off should you be able to provide it.

Tamara - We have checked all our records, and have not sold a car to a Tamara, and as you have failed to put any details of the alleged car it is impossible to give a detailed response. However, I will humour this anonymous post - To clarify - cars we sell are in perfectly good condition having a full 12 months MOT, and full service. It is impossible to drive away any car that has a scrap engine. When any vehicle is abused, the end result is an issue with the vehicle. Kind Regards Cherrywood Cars

Thanks for your feedback. To clarify, we do not refund under warranty, we repair if the issue with the car is covered under warranty, which in your instance, the issue wasn't, To clarify again to you, the warranties are issued by an outside company, not ourselves. Just to be clear, ALL our cars are sold with a 12 month MOT, and full service, so ARE fit for purpose.
