I have done around 100 to 200 miles in the VW Polo I purchased, and it has been running well so far. I am also happy with how the buying experience went at Cheshire Motor Car Sales, and for that reason I would give it 5 out of 5.

When I arrived at the dealership to view the car, I was driving away in my new Audi A3 within an hour. The process was quick and easy, all of the staff were friendly and helpful, and I would give them full marks.

I have been really enjoying the Lexus GS25, and it has been perfect. The only improvement would be better communication regarding the delivery date and updates when I ordered the car. For this reason, I would give my experience three stars.

A definite 5 star experience. The car was sourced for me by CarFinance24/7. I went to view the car and Steve, the salesman, took me through the process. He was kind enough to show me some of his classic cars, which I really appreciated as I have a massive interest in them. After purchasing the car, I had a small issue which he advised me to take to a local garage to get fixed, and he reimbursed me the money straight away.

I had a few problems when I first got the car, but I took it back to the dealership and they were quick to get them fixed. The customer service was top notch. If it weren't for the small issues, it would have been 5 stars.

Overall I was pretty happy with everything. They were responsive and quick at addressing the few issues I had, but I would have hoped they made me aware of a few minor things like the wrong diesel cap being on the car and an issue with the power lock. I would still give it a 4 star rating.
