I went to inspect the vehicle and everything was fine. I did not collect it myself as I was on holiday, but my friend went to collect it and said the customer service was good. Overall, I had a good experience with no problems.

The service I received was very good, Professional and quick. Full confidence and trust in the people I spoke with in the office. Made me fully aware of everything I was getting into and made sure I wad happy to proceed with the vehicle. Top service would highly recommend. I will start off by saying how honest and transparent the team at Cheshire Motor Car Sales were. I asked if the cam belt had been done and they took it into the garage to change it for a good price. They then contacted me to say they hadn't changed it because it had already been done previously. They also changed the brakes during the service. The price for delivery was good, and when the car was delivered it was spotless.

I give a 5 ,because staff was helpful, quick to help and everything went smoothly.

I applied for finance and was browsing different apps when I came across Cheshire Motor Car Sales. I live on the other side of the country, and everything was done over the phone. They had the car delivered within a day, so it was spot on.

The car has been brilliant i am really enjoying it.

My dad recommended the dealership to me as he has bought from them previously. When I went, everything went really well. After I took the vehicle home, it had to go into the garage for a couple of days, which was a bit frustrating. However, the dealership resolved the issue quickly, so I would recommend them to others.

All of the purchasing process was done over the phone. I was able to ask any questions, and they were very helpful and accommodating before the purchase. However, after the sale, when the car was delivered, there was no spare tyre, no parcel shelf, and no fuse for the radio. The dealership has since provided the spare tyre and the parcel shelf.

Everything was done online. We bought a Citroën DS3, and all of the communication was handled over the phone. They were good at sending us videos and responding to any questions. When they were going to deliver the car, an engine management light came on, and we also requested the MOT, which should have already been done. After we spoke to them, the communication did improve, but it’s definitely something they could work on. We’ve also had an issue with the driver's side door not locking, which we are going to contact them about, and hopefully they will help us resolve it. Overall, it was a good experience, and we are happy with the car, so we would give it a four-star rating.

It was a straightforward buying experience. It was exactly as I expected, and I don’t have any complaints.
