Bought a car from them on Saturday, put down the deposit and signed all forms only to receive a call on Tuesday to say the car had already been sold and that it would take 5 days to get my deposit back. Very little apology, very little attempt to source a replacement and very disappointed with the service.

Tamara sold us an Audi A1and she went out of her way for us. we are in our seventies and she was so caring and helpful,so much so we wouldn't go anywhere else for our cars.
We recently placed a deposit on an Audi APPROVED used car at Cheshire Oaks garage. After arranging collection and booking train tickets that were none refundable I called to chase up the order form. I was then told the car had a major fault with the engine and would not be sold. I then requested that the garage cover the cost of my train tickets that were wasted. I have chased this up with Jacob, Victoria and Callum but to date have not had the courtesy of a reply. Absolutely appalling customer service from a main Audi dealership. I was recommended to this garage by someone that as purchased from them before. I soon put the recommender straight for any future purchases. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

Called in with no appointment to get my tyre dust caps removed because they were sized on. Received excellent attention straight away from a guy called Chris and the four tyres were sorted out including mending a puncture in my rear left tyre. Everyone had a lovely manner about them and their attitude was outstanding can't thank Cheshire Oaks Audi enough

No issues at all! My Audi Q3 was in perfect condition when I collected it and up to now I have had no problems at all with it. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the car was a good, reasonable price. Great dealership, I would recommend Audi in Ellesmere Port

The sale was smooth and straightforward, there was a small admin error post sale but his was soon corrected and the lady at the service desk couldn't of done enough for me, I definitely recommend them to any car buyers in the area.
