I have been loving the Focus ST. I really appreciated that when I went to collect it, the car was absolutely spotless.

Overall, I thought the service was great. I have a few minor issues with the car, but I plan to contact the dealership to have them resolved. Other than that, I've been really enjoying the car.

The S3 has been perfect. The only issue is that I haven’t received my V5 yet, which is frustrating because I want to put my private registration on. Otherwise, it would be a five-star experience

It was a good experience. I had a chip in my windscreen, and they sent someone out to repair it, but it turned out to be unrepairable. They covered the cost of a new windscreen and had it replaced quickly at my door with no hassle. Mike was great throughout.

The car is really nice, though there’s a bit of a rattle near the exhaust, it’s not the gearbox, possibly the heat shield. Customer service was a bit slow. I visited three weeks before putting down the deposit, and when I went to pick up the car, I ended up waiting for three hours. That said, other than that it was perfect, I appreciated the transparency and not being misled.
