My Golf GTI has been nothing short of amazing since I drove it away from Cheshire Performance, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. Car shopping isn't usually for me, fortunately, Mike was there to make everything a lot easier. He patiently answered all my questions and, most importantly, gave me the space to make my decision without any pressure. Everything was spot on, so I have absolutely no complaints. I'm just waiting for my log book to come through to make it a 5* experience but I can appreciate that it takes a while.

Absolutely no dramas with my new Alfa Stelvio. I've managed to take it out on a couple of drives, including one from the dealership in Manchester to Hampshire, and it has been nothing short of amazing. Amir was the salesman who looked after me, and he was first-class. His customer service was faultless! he was professional and true to his word in every aspect. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.

Cannot fault this place, especially Mike! Mike was absolutely incredible, he looked after me very well and was always on hand with anything I needed. I bought an S4 in Jan and I absolutely love the car. A fault popped up on the screen a week or so after buying, I called Mike and he said not a problem Kris, bring it down to me. He plugged it in, figured out what it was, sent it to the workshop, and got it fixed straight away. The service was just as amazing as it was when I bought the car - if not even better! When Mike was showing me around the car initially, he left nothing unturned, he was transparent, honest and answered every question I asked him, he was upfront with the history and paperwork and I felt in the loop with everything. I can't think back to a time where I've received customer service as superb as this. Absolutely amazing service from Mike and the wider team and a phenomenal S4 purchased. I wouldn't go anywhere else after buying from Cheshire Performance.

Recently purchased a used Audi TTS from this garage, I am pleased with the car and what I got for my money. The only reason I have rated 4 stars and not 5 is because my part exchange valuation dropped slightly when they saw the car in person. I dealt with Mike during the purchase, he was good to deal with. If they had a car I liked in the future, I wouldn't hesitate to shop here again.

A great bunch of people at Cheshire Performance, Amir was the main guy and he looked after me well. Everybody was friendly and approachable and even if they wasn't dealing with me, they were happy to answer any questions I had. I was offered a test drive of the RS3, there was no time limit so I got a great feel for the car - it was a no brainier. It was awesome to drive, the nicest car I've ever driven. I finished the test drive and instantly shook Amir's hand and agreed to buy. The car has been faultless since taking it away and I've had nothing but fun and enjoyment out of it. Absolutely bang on dealership! Not a single thing I can fault from my experience in dealing with them. Everything ran like clockwork, appointment time, test drive etc... the set up down there works perfectly. Both Amir and Mike were brilliant, bang on with everything they did. I have only driven the S4 a few times, I use a work van all week, so its more of a weekend car for me - it feels like pure luxury when I do get to drive it, compared to the van. My girlfriend drives the car during the week and she absolutely loves it, I struggle getting her out of it sometimes 🤣. I'm chuffed with the car and glad I've found a dealership I'm confident in.
