My whole car buying experience has been pretty flawless to be honest. When making a big purchase you just want it there and then, which the team were happy to do. I felt they got me through the door quickly and got the service I wanted. So far, my Seat has been good, and there's nothing bad to report. I can't knock it.

Honestly, I can't fault my experience with Cheshire Performance, the team was bang on and made everything so easy. Once I decided to go ahead with the car, we had a nice chat, had a coffee and everything went smoothly from there on. I would 100% return in the future for another car, I can't fault it.

I can’t say enough about how Mike went above and beyond during my Ford ST purchase! After trading in my old car at Cheshire Performance, I realised I had left my work laptop behind. Mike didn’t hesitate, and he immediately arranged for it to be sent back to me by courier, which saved me so much hassle. On top of that, my new car was presented in great condition, beautifully valeted to a high standard. The level of care and attention Mike provided throughout the entire process was truly exceptional.

To be fair, I have not driven my BMW much due to the weather, but so far it is perfect; I really like it. Mike's customer service impressed me, and there is no reason why I should not give Cheshire Performance a five-star rating for the experience. It was pretty much faultless.

In November, I bought my Renault from Cheshire Performance in Manchester. The car drives well, and I’m loving every minute driving it. Mike, the salesperson who looked after me, was a top guy, super friendly, and really helpful. I travelled all the way from Sheffield to Manchester, and the drive back in it was a real treat. Overall, a great experience!

Mike at Cheshire Performance was a busy man when I bought the C Max from them earlier this year, but even though he was very busy he was still great to deal with and honestly couldn't of been nicer throughout the sales process.

I haven’t had a chance to take my new car for a good drive yet, but everything seems good so far. I’m looking forward to some nicer weather so I can take the BMW out more often. There were some issues with the computers during the purchase process, and while this was out of anyone’s control, it was still inconvenient. This is the only reason I haven’t awarded 5 stars, but wouldn't stop me buying from them again in the future if I saw the right car for me there.

So far my Fiesta ST is going good, I've not had issues at all, and it has been a decent car so far. I was recommended to this dealership through a forum, and I’d definitely consider coming back in the future for a part exchange because they stock a few performance cars. Mike was very informative and helpful. I spoke to him on the phone before heading up, and we managed to sort out a deal over the phone. When I arrived, the car was exactly as described. Great experience!
