Purchased a vivaro crew cab reg: DY15 EXS. I was assured by Mike at Cheshire Van Sales that the vehicle was 100%, clean, serviced and checked. Paid £500 deposit and arranged to collect next day. Arrived late due to heavy traffic , so quickly looked over the van and paid balance of £11200. .After a couple of days the followings faults became apparent -Holes in floor of load area letting in exhaust fumes (due to van being ex-Network Rail fleet - having machinery in back. -Van limited to 68mph -Chunk missing from front n/s tyre (I replaced both tyres) -Rear N/s wheel brakes seized on after 4 days. Demanded refund at this point, which to be fair to them, they agreed to and collected vehicle next day. However, it took 2 weeks and numerous phone calls emails to get £500 deposit back. I was then also accused of causing the damage myself by hitting kerbs and driving with handbrake on! Quite a feat considering I did less than 150 miles in the van! Just another untrustworthy used vehicle dealer - peddling out low quality ex-fleet rubbish picked up at auctions. I trusted this company to provide a quality vehicle for my business - they failed to do that, and cost me a few hundred quid and half a days lost work. Avoid.

would reccomend buying a van frm these guys, they know there stuff and the vans are exactly as described.

I was looking to get a new van and visited Cheshire Van Sales. Spoke with Manager Jeff Miller. Jeff was pushy, rude. I did not buy a van that day purely because of how rude Jeff was. How they make a success out of this method of customer “service” is unbelievable! Avoid at all costs if you’re looking for a vehicle.

Got refused finance on a van never even bothered to call me back not once but twice just a call back would have been courteous any way I had cash for that van so i won't recommend Cheshire Van Sales in any shape or form.

Don't go near Cheshire Van Sales, I won't go into to many details because of the Salesman's threatening behaviour but be very very careful and not to be trusted. They don't return calls , people have left all the usual stuff . Just put it this way they are being investigated by the firm that provide them with their finance and others. You have been warned.

UNTRUSTWORTHY VAN SALES IN CHESHIRE I Purchased a used van on the 9th of March, less than 725 miles later engine, clutch, flywheel and starter have all failed, apparently accepting a discount for a vehicle apparently leaves Cheshire Van Sales clear of any responsibility to provide a vehicle fit for purpose. No reply to email communication and had to chase all day just to be told, if your not happy then write a letter to the director Jeff Miller. Poor service and I wouldn't recommend anyone using this sales garage My experience with the liar & owner Jeff Miller has been a bad one so i would not recommend you stay well clear of Cheshire Van Sales in Dukinfield Cheshire. I Travelled over 3 hrs from Glasgow to see a van off auto trader that Cheshire van sales had on offer. the photos of this van on auto trader were totally a miss representation of the van on the forecourt. The sales people are liars and nothing but time wasters. Do your homework on this van sales in Cheshire before you travel to look at any of their vans. Julian Bird.

My husband had a dreadful experience when buying a second hand van from Cheshire Van Sales. In our opinion they are nothing but Dodgy Van Sales in from the Cheshire area. If you ever come into contact with a sales guy called Peter then run for the hills. He will promise you anything and everything to make his sales targets and deliver nothing. Ann James, Manchester.
