I bought my car from Chichester Cars and the service i got was second to none. The car was as described and i found that they were not pushy at all about buying it. When i picked the car up it had been cleaned by a valet company and was as new which i was very pleased with and did not expect for the price i had paid for the car. If your looking to buy a car i would recommend this company to anyone

I thought the whole experience was so straightforward relaxed and easy. I have been looking for an E Class Mercedes for a little while and have been to a lot of garages where they seem more interested in asking stupid questions and filling out obscure forms than selling cars. I have been asked questions like \what are your hobbies\" and \"do you own a dog\". I was told by a salesman at one garage that he couldn't show me the car until I had answered all his questions. Not so at Chichester Cars in Bosham. The didn't want my life story and I bought the car within half an hour. They agreed to service and mot the car and I picked it up 2 days later. What a breath of fresh air. Even when I had a small issue with an electric window fuse 6 weeks later they were more than happy to help and fixed it promptly under warranty. Great service thoroughly recommend."

I bought a car through Chichester Cars before Christmas. Pre and Post sales experience was excellent. The car was exactly as described, and everyone I spoke to was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend them.

Railroaded into buying a vehicle, which when we got it home the engine constantly died. We were told by Stephen there was nothing wrong with it, it probably just had damp plugs. Took the car to a local garage that we trust and after much tooing and froing, Stephen agreed to pay for the repairs to the vehicle, but nothing worked. He completely refused to accept the vehicle back and give us a refund then refused to take my calls or any attempts to contact him. If I did manage to get hold of him, he was incredibly rude and slammed the phone down. We ended up getting rid of the car two months after purchase and making a huge loss in the process. Diabolical service.

5* service we brought a skoda Octavia from here a few weeks ago and it was services and valeted before we collected...excellent customer relations from Lucy...would reccommend to family's..we love our family car..it's great..thanks again x

What a refreshing change to find helpful, nice car salesmen, especially Bob at Chichester Cars. They helped us out of a spot of bother, would recommend them to anyone.
