Picked up my stunning Kia Niro today 20/10/2022. Once again from Graham Christian, Who is one of the best sales person ever. I have had many Kia cars and I have always dealt with him. The past couple of years have been very difficult in the car trade. I usually change my car every three years and I ordered my latest in September 21 for a April 22 plate. This would be my fifth Kia all ordered from Graham Christian who has given exceptional service every time. This time would prove to be a totally different experience with models being discontinued or production ceased due to lack of components for several manufacturers. It actually took over a year for my new car to appear but during the whole time, Graham kept me up to date with progress and even though he was under pressure from most customers waiting for new cars, he kept his sense of humour and professionalism until the vehicle appeared. I will go back to him in another couple of years for the next car. A proper car sales executive.

This is the 4th car we have purchased from this dealership which Graham has been our salesman. it is always a pleasure to to deal with graham.
Totally unprofessional, Commented on that he didn’t think I could afford to by a car from them in front of my child who has adhd. I wouldn’t recommend buying a car from them to my worst enemy. This whole experience has left me and my family shocked..
I was hugely disappointed with Kia Bromley. On Fri 19th Aug, I arranged with Martin to see a Kia Picanto on Sat 20th at 10.30am. I get up in good time on Sat 20th to go to test drive the Picanto excited by the prospect. The next thing I know, I receive a call from Martin at 8.30am to say someone else has put a deposit on the car and it's no longer available, so he's cancelling our appointment. Firstly, I feel that my appointment to view should have been honoured. Secondly, I feel that at the least I should have been informed that someone else was interested in buying the car on Fri, and asked what would I like to do? Thirdly, I didn't feel that Martin was overly apologetic for selling the car behind my back and cancelling at very short notice.

Ordered my Kia X-Ceed 4 PHEV beginning of March Graham Christian whom I have known now for 10 years dealt with my order, he gave an EDD of end of July, well he was true to his word, and kept me informed of any progress of delivery, despite my constant emails to him asking or any updates, and always answered promptly, in a very professional manner, it is an absolute pleasure dealing with such a friendly and calm person, he is a credit to Kia. I would highly recommend the entire team at Kia Beckenham, I will continue to be a customer of theirs as long as I’m able.

My husband and I popped into Kia Beckenham just to have a look at the cars and deals on offer. Our daughter & husband had just arranged a second leasing package. We met Graham Christian who was friendly, helpful, and was able to give us all the information we needed to go away to discuss our options. We didn't feel under pressure. The next day we returned for a test drive. We then decided to buy the car & collected it within the week. Graham even helped with changing the number plates. Well done for making buying our car a good and easy experience.
Graham Christian was friendly, polite, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He answered all my questions I was returning a car to a leasing company and he made sure my new Sportage was ready the day after the lease car was returned. Super customer service.
