On our first visit he explained to us the available options and took us for a test drive, making sure we aware of every aspect the car, not being afraid to discuss cons as well as pros. He has never being pushy and always let us the time to reflect and make an informed choice. When the car was delivered he prepared it for us and spent substantial time going trough the car key features and important settings.
