I was looking for an automatic WV T-Roc due to having problems driving with a manual gear box. My Son found one online at Chris W Roads and rang to enquire about it. He dealt with Martin and arranged to take me and his Dad on the Saturday for a test drive. When we arrived the car was exactly as described on line, so we decided to take it for a test drive. As we had driven from HUll to look at the car we asked for suggestions of where to go. Martin did one better than that he gave us an A4 piece of paper with a route map on it that takes you full circle out of the garage and back again giving you a good variety of roads to drive on. This is a professional company with excellent customer service and we have already told people it is worth the journey from Hull if they have what you are looking for.

I bought a bmw and was nervous about buying a car. The team at Chris W Roads really put my mind at rest made me feel confident about the car. They were efficient but not pushy. The sales team were excellent you got calls when they said and by the person they said. You don’t have to just use a main dealer this place is excellent. Nice people to deal with. Don’t expect to thrash out a deal though - they are very stubborn! I can recommend them if you looking for your next car as long as you are prepared to pay the asking price. I am very happy with my new ‘66 Auris but just a little disappointed that I was only told ‘last minute’ that it only had one key and another one ‘‘may’’ turn up as a new key can cost hundreds. I would hope that if the key doesn’t turn up they would offer me something - a set of fitted car mats maybe Anthony??😉

I have recently acquired a car from Chris W Roads through part exchange. There was a slight issue with the car which became apparent on test driving but this was quickly rectified with complete transparency by the garage before I collected it. Matt was very knowledgeable, friendly and efficient which gave me confidence to proceed with what can be a dicey decision where second hand cars are concerned. You are not made to feel as though they just want you out of the door after you have paid the money, they seem to genuinely want you to be happy with your purchase. I would not hesitate to recommend this garage, it seems very well run.
