When we arrived the staff were very welcoming and the dealership itself looks really smart. When we decided to go ahead with the car, it was very easy to drive straight off in it as the car was already valeted and ready to go. When we looked at insuring the car for our son we realised it would be allot cheaper to wait a few weeks before putting him on, so he has been patiently waiting to drive it. The staff at Chrome Motors were really good, extremely friendly but give you space so they are not looking over your shoulder, the perfect combination. After some looking I set myself on the Mercedes B Class, and they made the purchase so easy, that much so that I even drove away the same day! If you want a quick, straightforward experience of buying a car, I would highly recommend getting yourself down there!

I recently purchased a Mercedes C220 from Chrome Motors, and its absolutely perfect for me - a great car for running about in. Danny who helped me with buying the car was great, but the delivery driver who dropped the car off stole to show, he was really nice - turned up when he said he would and was a happy and friendly chap. After buying my new car from Chrome Motors Woodford, I was having some issues with the clutch so I called Danny straight away, and he was amazing at dealing with the issue. He took the car straight back with no hesitation and gave me a courtesy car in the meantime, which was a god send so my day to to day life did not alter. Within in the time he had the car he was always keeping me in loop and was very polite in doing so, real top notch service if you ask me! I honestly could not have asked for more. I have had the car back now for about a week and I can say so far so good!
