So far everything with my Jaguar hasn't been too bad. I am still waiting for a reverse sensor to be sent out, but otherwise I'm happy with the car. Great customer service from Natalie on the day, I've got no issues with how the sale went.

Everything has been fine with the Volvo. I don’t drive often, but for the time I have driven it, it’s been great. The sales lady was absolutely brilliant – I can’t remember her name, but after speaking to a couple of garages, she was by far the most helpful. I don’t know much about cars, but she answered all my questions clearly and honestly. She was the reason I got the car, hands down. It was the most comfortable and easy car purchase I’ve ever made. 10 out of 10 and I’ve actually passed deals on to family and friends because of how good the experience was. Even though it’s a bit out of the way, I would 100% get another car from here in the future.

Overall I like my Ford Focus. Since having the car I have had a couple of issues with the engine light coming on and although I've briefly mentioned it to the team, I'm going through the warranty to get the issue sorted. The sale itself was pretty good, the team were lovely and I don't think they were aware of the issue before selling the car.

I wasn't really looking to get a car, but since mine was dying on me I thought I would treat myself for a chance and after seeing the VW Golf advertised online. The car was advertised as a yellow colour, but when I saw it in person, it looked a lot better than online. All of the staff that I met were perfect to deal with and really professional throughout. I was quickly offered a test drive, which I was expecting but took up the offer and shortly after getting back I was happy to take it. The car was great value for money and it's really economical on fuel. Overall, a great experience.

So far all is good with my Mitsubishi L200 and the customer service was just as good. I've had no problems at all with Chrome Motors Ltd.

Very friendly people to buy from and given space to decide to buy or not

I have previously had VWs in the past but have upgraded to my first Audi, and I absolutely love it. I was looking around for a while when I found the one I’ve purchased at Chrome. The whole experience and customer service I received from Danny and Natilite was fantastic. They didn’t bother me and were in no way pushy for a sale. They let me test drive and have a look around at different cars. All in all, it was a really nice experience. I would definitely go back in the future and very highly recommend them. 5 stars all around for the dealership, the car, and the team.

I recently purchased a Mercedes-Benz from Chrome. Natilite helped me with my purchase, and she was very professional and friendly. The whole process was simple, efficient, and quick. I have had no problems with the car since the purchase, and I am enjoying it. I did feel like the car could have been a little cleaner, but that’s just me nit-picking, and there is always room for improvement,. I would recommend the dealership.

Fantastic experience with Chrome Motors! I dealt with Danny, and he and his whole team were just great. It was a smooth transition, with good pricing. I would really recommend them. My daughter is actually on the lookout for a vehicle to part-exchange, so we are keeping in contact with Danny to go back if something she likes comes in. I did a part exchange myself, and within the hour everything was done. Danny sorted all the paperwork, and off we went with the car. It is a brilliant drive, and I am really enjoying it—no problems at all. I will definitely be going back myself in the future when I am ready to swap this car, but for now, I am really enjoying it. Highly recommend!

I am based in Northampton. I found the car available for sale at Chrome Motors, Macclesfield via Auto-trader. I arranged a visit to inspect and test drive assisted by Natalie with great communications throughout. Due to my schedule it took a few days before I could complete the purchase. On the day I was able to test drive the vehicle to my satisfaction without supervision. Natalie made the purchase a very relaxed and pleasant buying experience with nothing rushed/forced. The vehicle was well prepared for the agreed purchase/collection date and remains an excellent example of the brand. One month later it remains a credit to Chrome Motors vehicle selection and for that reason I give my full recommendation to prospective customers. Cannot comment on after sales as nothing to report to date.
