Called up and was helped by Saf, great service and let me know everything I needed to know and was there to help with all questions. The car is in fantastic condition is great to drive, even brought it to Norwich! Fantastic service - would recommend

travelled from edinburgh by train buy a ford focus st for my son 3 hrs 48 mins took get there so hoping the garage and car were ok was picked up at station from the owner and taken to garage 15 mins away on arriving at garage i was impressed how it looked plenty cars in forecourt and nice clean receiption area was greeted by member staff and asked if i wanted a tea or coffee. nice touch dont get that nowadays am 57 and been to a lot of garages n my time good start focus was in forcourt all cleaned and looked nice.. chap gave my son key look around start her up nice...he was happy .my son no normally happy.hes 30 so ot was nice see a smile on his face lol had bit problem with fiance company pissing about with paperwork and no relising the funds so we had go bak to edinburgh again arrived home 11pm then jumped on train again 11am fire down to garage hopefuly collect car 1530 pm funds n there bank and we set off 6 hr drive in new car to edinburgh i drove it home very nice drive.car was quiet and got home safetly. good car .nice garage polite salesmen all round very good experience would not hesitate in going again in future look at another car for myself or my son if u looking for a nice affordable used car seek out this garage.. u wont be dissapppinted. very happy customer and am very fussy when buying cars

Collected my dream car from city motors last week after a car accident. They had everything ready once I arrived and make the whole process so so smooth. Everyone was so lovely with smiles and offering drinks. They were even very honest explaining to me about the wing mirror being faulty and they had a mirror sent out to me within days. Cannot fault them. Thank you to everyone who I came in contact with!!
