I purchased a car from Clacton Car Sales Ltd on 5th March following a conversation with Paul, and a 300 miles, 5 hours plus train journey from north-west England. I was greeted on time and as promised by Paul at the train station in the car I was looking at buying. We went for a test drive prior to agreeing the sale. The vehicle was very well presented and valeted and in great condition for its age of sixteen years. Friendly staff, busy with customers and no pressure to purchase. All documents and keys present and a very convenient Post Office directly across the road for completing the road tax. The long five hours drive back home gave me a chance to get to know the vehicle and see if any issues presented themselves. Apart from a faulty dash clock, a entertainment/satnav system that kept closing down (which now appears to have rectified itself) a passenger door that doesn't respond to the key fob and a couple of dodgy wheel nuts, all is very well. More than happy to.resolve these minor issues at my leisure as some wear and tear is bound to show on a car this age. Very good service and would definitely recommend. 👍😊

Just bought a car, their was no pressure, or hard sell, three months warranty, the car is lovely and clean through out. I had a small issue, which is now fixed without fuss. Thankyou Paul for all your help, paperwork etc. Also thankyou all for my lovely box of chocolates

My mum is 86 and her i10 was written off, so I wanted to get same car again ASAP. Dealt with Paul Rose in November2022. He gave a very clear description of the car and we negotiated a deal we were all happy with. We came by train and bus from Norfolk and Paul picked us up at the station in the car. Test drive on way back to sales office. All good. Paul arranged delivery to Norfolk 2 days later and all done within 40 minutes. I can't praise Paul enough, likewise the mechanic who drove us back to the station and the delivery chap too. This was a very easy and pleasant e penitence and mum is now mobile again... God help us all! Thanks Paul. I would highly recommend him to any prospective customers. FIRST CLASS...
Bought a lovely clean Vauxhall insignia, unfortunately it developed a fault, however the staff at Clacton car sales couldn’t have been more helpful, kept me mobile and sorted out the issue. Although the car developed a fault this shouldn’t put anyone off buying from them, you could buy a brand new car and a fault could occur, it’s just luck of the draw. I can’t praise them enough, great staff, great company. Thank you

Excellent car and excellent sales team Brian was very helpful and went above and beyond to help us. Had a small unforseen problem with the car a few days after collection which was dealt with and sorted very quickly no questions asked. Will defently use again.

so easy to find and was made to fell at ease by the lovely man there called brian he knew every thing about the car and was very nice and also very funny he made us fell like friends and we almost forgot why we was there paid a deposit and was phone to be told that all the things we ask to be done ie mot service and a little clean up had been done we went to pick car up and was again treated the same really enjoyed buying from Clacton car sales and loved dealing with brian
