so we went and put a deposit on a car and they have sold it after promising the car to us to then find out they have sold it now we have been left in the shit and they did,nt even call to tell us
From the time that I ordered my new C5 aircross I knew I was in good hands in the way in which my purchase was handled, I waited almost 12 months to get delivery but was always kept informed on a regular basis, by Sarah Farmer and Andrew Cole. When the new car arrived both Andy and Sarah called and explained when I could collect the car, they handled everything including the personal plate being fitted to my car, I collected the car and sorted the paperwork over a coffee and biscuits, It was a great experience with a great team. I will recommend Kidderminster Motorhouse to everyone, and tell them to ask for Sarah and Andy the best team I have been involved with when buying a car, a first class experience

Very happy with my car great service Sarah couldn’t be more helpful if she tried she was amazing Sarah helped us with everything right down to the new car mats I would definitely go back to them if I needed another car and would definitely recommend Kidderminster motor house to anyone
Taken sales manager 3 weeks to get back to me. then told me damage was not there when they had car so not his problem he said things like that are always but right before going on sale

I bought a car on Thursday, was told part of the admin fee was fuel. No fuel in the car when I picked it up. Within 3 days engine management light came on. Rang the dealer was told ring the RAC as the service department are closed until Tuesday. Nothing RAC could do. They told me take it to the dealer. Breaks are almost gone, strange buzzing in the boot. All of this after on 2 days. Most I've paid for a car !! 2days of it without use. Not sure if I would use them again after sales terrible. Not interested in my issues !!!!

Bad after sale service... We got a problem with car in the day when we picked up, ring them, explaining the situation, asked for collection as car was unsafe to be driving back, the play an annoying game with us being rude on the phone... After few days on this game we ended fixing the car on our cost... Was not a big sume, only £216 but even this... When you pay £8995 for a car you have some expectation... Even 2 star is too much for this guys...

My daughter and I bought cars recently from Kidderminster Motorhouse. We cannot fault the help we received from Nick and Nathan. Nothing was too much trouble. We had never bought cars on our own before and were, to say the least, apprehensive about it, but the care and patience we were shown made the whole process so much easier. Both Nick and Nathan deserve a special mention for their kind and professional approach in helping us.
David our Salesman at Kidderminster Motor House was very good. Don’t bother with Diamondbrite interior and exterior protection and waste £250 like I did. It isn’t applied correctly by them. When I collected the car it still had dirty marks inside & out even though I was told this would all be removed before Diamondbrite is applied. After contacting Diamondbrite directly they advised me the exterior of the car should be cleaned with a clay bar or mopped prior to application to remove all tar, bird lime and ground in dirt. The interior should also be properly washed to remove all dirt and stains prior to application. When I spoke to the sales manager Nick he said they only wash the outside of the cars before applying therefore as advised by Diamondbrite it doesn’t it give any protection.

Dear Mrs Phillips I am sorry to learn after we re-valeted and re-treated your 2015 Ford Focus in with Diamond Brite that you remain unhappy, We apologised to you for missing the small area you described on the edge of the door and a mark on the rear seat and understood this was resolved to your complete satisfaction when you collected the car. Below is a statement from Diamond Brite explaining the process which we adhere to "We advise that the car be clean and dry only. Meaning that the car is decontaminated before Diamond Brite is applied. This can be done with TFR, clay bar or MOP etc. However it is at the applicators discretion whether these actions are necessary as this depends on the condition/age/mileage. Worcester Carsales group has been applying our products for over 7 years and we constantly review their application process in a joint effort to up hold their high preparation standards. I personally have been their account manager for all of those 7 years and have full confidence in their valeting teams. Can’t fault the customer service for Clark’s Direct in Kidderminster. Purchased a used Citroen C3 1.2 vti. Brilliant customer service from Andy Stock, Andy Cole and Nick. They went far beyond my expectations to make sure I was happy with my new purchase. They even arranged the cars alloy wheels to be refurbished as I wasn’t happy with the wheel scuffs from kerb and water damage at no extra cost to me.Cant recommend this dealership enough. 10 out of ten from me.
