They are not professional and only one in a 100 get lucky with them, they sold me a car and within a few days there’s problems with the car which it occurs to me they are aware , thank Jess I involved the AA which I should have done before delivery. And refusing to refund me , case will be forwarded to small claim court and trades union in their community. The car looks like it was brought from the junke very dirty both inside and oustside, mechanic crease all over the door handle, delivery car left me with empty coke cans and bottle . My daughter bought her first car from this "company" at the end of June this year - great looking little motor - however terrible problems with the car lurk underneath. Something we discovered having taken the car for a service and MOT. The car is falling apart, is corroded underneath and needs £2600 spending on in in welding costs alone to make it road worthy and safe. I raised this with them today only to be flippantly and rudely dismissed with "not our problem". My daughter does not drive like a lunatic (has a black box for insurance purposes), drives 3 miles to and from her work and looks after the car - when I said to the employee on the phone, it's not like she goes off roading in the car is it? The response I got was "well you tell me". I have been back and forth with them on email and they have basically washed their hands claiming that they are not liable or responsible. The problems are long term, existing problems which were obviously existing at the point of sale - the employee informed me that they don't mechanically check the cars before selling. Absolutely disgusting customer service (or lack of), no accountability at all. I am going to report them to every official body I can.

Engine failure within the 1st 6 months of buying car. It was a local run around for my wife and child, no major long distances. Seemed a good price but I wish I had read the reviews beforehand. Chap was lovely, said if anything failed in the near future to give him a call but they didnt want to entertain the call when I did ring.

Bought a car and within a week it broke, it was apparently repaired and funnily enough, it has broken down again. Please do not give these con artists any more money, they deserve to go to hell. If only I had read the reviews prior to purchasing I would of avoided and I will shout loud and clear to anyone to avoid. They also use a dodgy garage to complete MOT'S. They pass vehicles which clearly should fail. The car I purchased had a reg light bulb out and a side light out and somehow managed to pass so i do wonder what else they failed to declare.

Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere they are nothing but crooks trying to sell cars that no one else will touch. They hide faults and hope they won’t show up until it’s too late for you to take back. 3 times I was there and every time someone was taking a car back. I took mine back. They need closing down and the sooner trading standards do it the better for everyone. Avoid like the plague, I can’t be any clearer.

Went to view a car advertised on website and autotrader. Called a day ahead to make sure it was still for sale etc and that I was going to view. Drove almost 3 hours to view a car advertised as £2995 and 60k miles, got there and was £3995 for £67k miles. Tried to start up but wouldn’t because of the battery, because, like most of the cars there, had probably been sat for months. Then when it was charged back up it had an engine fault. They claim their cars are “showroom quality” nothing showroom about it, the cars are tatty and worn and staff are unfriendly and rude. No doubt the cars will cause more trouble once you buy

We bought a car in March we’ve had problem after problem from brakes to engine, exhaust you name it . The car is now not road worthy and never was by the sound of it . Save your money these people are selling dangerous car and should be shut down . We are seeking legal advice

You will regret buying a car from here - I learnt the hard way. Waste of money and they were dishonest about the cars history - please avoid at all costs
