We recently bought a van from Cleveland Car Centre and received excellent service from start to finish. Both Mark and Darren were very helpful and accommodating. I was out of the country, so my wife went for the test drive and to complete the deal and the guys there made the experience simple and hassle-free, even helping with setting up the road tax whilst she was there. The van was nicely presented and we never felt pressurised to buy. We have no hesitation in recommending them.

Mark and Darren couldnt have been more helpful. We bought a fantastic car from them. Logistically it was difficult for me as I had found the car for my niece, I live in Blackpool, she in Manchester and her parents were paying for it who live overseas in Brunei! The guys made everything easy, sorted all paperwork and even delivered the car to Manchester. I have a happy niece and would highly recommend Cleveland Car Centre.

Had a specific budget and type of car in mind. Wanted to buy from a dealer for the statutory warranties etc. Went around the north east to various dealers looking at their stock. Saw a few bangers, saw a few questionable MOT’s, was refused use of my OBD scanner at one place. Anyway, long story short, these guys had in the exact type of car I wanted, but £500 over my budget. Went to view the car to see if it stacked up to their claims - it did and then some. Car was 19 years old and drove like nearly new. These guys know how to source a car - and they know a good car when they see one. Honest blokes and not some dodgy garage with ‘in-house’ MOT facilitities. People looking for a good used car need to visit this place if they have something in that they like. Another important factor to consider when buying used is the support offered post purchase - remember your buying used so niggles must be expected. These guys get top marks for post purchase niggles. We had an honest discussion about the vehicle and what was expected from me (not turning up with minor problems like a bulb needing replacing or a tyre with a slow puncture or other small problems of a silly nature) and what was expected from them. Clear and concise. Can not recommend highly enough. Wouldn’t hesitate to purchase from here again (I doubt they’ll be getting a nice 190e cosworth in anytime soon though!!).
