Brilliant got exactly what I was told and promised and stress free

We bought a car from this dealer a while ago. Test drove okay and there were a few bits that needed attending to before we picked it up that they promised to do in the PDI. The staff were polite and pleasant and waved us off as we drove down the road. Then when things started to go wrong and we kept on taking the car back, about five times in the first fortnight, their attitude changed from polite to downright rude. They swore at us and when we asked for our money back as the car was not of merchantable quality, thanks Martin Lewis Money Advice, they basically said "Take us to court then".

recently bought a Astra a few days ago.. car had a few faults broken headlights, a few dents here and there nothing major really.. On purchasing we where told we HAD to purchase a warranty on sale. I asked again is this how they sell all their cars the sales rep says.. I just hate being scammed but her car, her lose but I wouldn't ever buy from there again!! how dare they say I have to buy warranty for a used car. considering the consumers ACT already covers me for a short period. Worst was car was advertised has having a 6month warranty or 60kmiles whichever comes first.. yea you guess It. on sale none of this was covered.

I had a lot of problems with CMW Car Sales, the car was not as advertised as it said it came with an MOT and I was told I would have to pay extra for that. They had claimed that they had fixed all faults however when I went to pick it up I was told the central locking didn't work and that the manual lock was missing. Then after 24hrs and less than 20 miles later the clutch went meaning the car couldn't be driven. Despite it clearly being an existing fault they claimed that I had broken it and it took getting trading standards involved before I could get my money back. Despite all of this I was still left out of pocket by a couple of hundred pounds. (Still better than thousands). My advice is don't trust dealership and avoid like the plague, if you are going to do business with them know your rights and don't let them bully you.

I found that the staffs in this car show room were very helpful and made buying my new car very easy and highly delighted with the results. Well recommended then to family and friends.
