It gives myself and my wife Lucy the absolute pleasure to leave Darryl a review, we have had several cars from Colin Appleyard and we wouldn’t go anywhere else, the service when signing up is amazing and this doesn’t stop once you’ve driven away, the service department is always very helpful for advice and for the annual service, Darryl is great, the advice and guidance he gave us throughout the purchase was brilliant and nothing was too much trouble, Darryl is very organised which made the purchase speedy and pleasurable, The guys at Colin Appleyard do not pressure you in any way and it’s clear that they’re aim is to get the customer in the correct car within the customers budget. Michael also helped us greatly by showing myself and wife around a car on a day which Darryl wasn’t on the Ashton site, it’s clear that everyone mucks in. I put my Suzuki Ignis in for its MOT on 23/10/2017.Barrie Bridge on reception said it would be ready in 1hr 30 mins.I said I'd wait,as it was raining.He immediately said he'd get somebody to run me home and send Colin to pick me up when it was ready.Got a phone call to say it was ready&Colin(I think that was his name)picked me up to collect my car which had passed the MOT,bonus.I have been dealing with your garage since I bought my car in 2004 and the service has been excellent.Thank you Colin appleyard ashton branch for your professional service not forgetting Barrie&Colin.
