College motors were everything and more than I could ask for when dealing with a sale and purchase of a new vehicle. The company and its very well experienced team were by my side step by step and provided several options to myself regarding payment plans and what’s best for me in the future with my new car.

Went and arranged a test drive of a car, on arrival asked if it was a 4wd or 2wd as would prefer a 4wd, lady said it was a 2wd and if I was considering a 4wd i'd best not test drive as they handle differently (they don't on roads ,the awd system on that car is dynamic), no matter what she wouldn't let me test drive, appalling service, avoid.

Before buying the car from College Motors I requested to drive it. I was told that I didn't need to worry as it has been driven by them and is fine. Call me gullible. I mentioned that the front screen demister wasn't working properly and was told it was actually fine. So, anyway, yup, I bought the car:( It smelt really strongly of mould, my usual car servicer and repairer pointed out a lot of rust underneath and suggested I use it for 12 months and sell it. A lot of knocking underneath the car which, 5 months later, I still can't afford to fix. Something to do with the steering column? Anti roll bar link? Which just have been spotted after my taking it back. Front screen demister still not working and they actually refused to fix it and even suggested I use my insurance to get it fixed. CD player is still faulty. Don't know how much that will cost either. Am I miserable? Sure am. Am I angry? You can be sure of it. Put the phone down on me despite my patience. I rang back and suggested that you can't speak to your customers that way. His excuse? We are busy, too busy looking after new customers and not even trying to please the ones they have I guess. So, I'm actually an easy going sort of fella and it wouldn't have cost much to keep me happy, so now I feel obliged to let others know what an awful experience I've had. I just don't know what do do. Can't afford the work on this car. Overspent on it already. Very dissatisfied ,angry,upset like so many others. This car will now, never be in full working order as I just don't have funds to do it.

We purchased a Chrysler Delta from the named garage in August ‘17. Everything was ok for the first month, because it was driven everyday. Then, because of I’ll health, the car had been standing for a week, and when we tried to start it, the battery was flat. Got in touch with the garage, and one of their employees came, took the car away, then brought it back the next day, with a new battery. Car was left un driven again for 7 days , and when we went to drive it, same thing again, battery was flat. The garage took the car away again, as it was obvious that something was draining the battery. The car was away for 10 weeks, and on it’s return, we were told that they couldn’t find what the problem was, and the manager told my husband, that now that he was back in work, and would be driving the car daily, there shouldn’t be a problem!!! The problem has not been solved, although it was still under warranty. Meanwhile, the car has been seen by a local garage, and within 4 hours it was detected that the problem was the radio, it requires a replacement, and it would seem at our own costs. SO MUCH FOR COLLEGE MOTORS, WILL NOT BE GOING ANYWHERE NEAR THEM AGAIN.

I have bought 3 cars from this company, both my current vehicles are Mitsubishi vehicles and not the easiest to maintain. This company not only did me a great deal but have kept both running in perfect order, despite how i ran the Lancer.

Total disaster. Awful experience. Having purchased a car from College Motors, I'm now having to get the steering rack and other problems sorted and it's coming out of my pocket. Find an honest dealer.

After deciding to treat myself after a troubling time in my life I went to see college motors. I received a very warm welcome from the manager and explained what I wanted, she went through all details and explained everything from finance to what will be done and I can expect from them. She found me the perfect car and a great finance deal that suited my needs, every part was stress free from beginning to end and I could not recommend college motors enough.

After inspecting the car I mentioned to College Motors that the front screen heater wasn't working properly, they said that it was working properly, however after buying the vehicle, I mentioned again that it was not working. They refused to repair it. CD player not working properly, mentioned it but they did not even attempt to sort it out, despite my saying how important it was to me. My usual service garage inspected the car and told me there was a lot of rust underneath. College Motors treated PART of the under chassis.. I am sorry that I ever set foot in the place. You are made to feel like you are being a bother. They said the had sorted out all of the rattling and knocking underneath the car, not so. They must have either missed or ignored something. So I am now stuck with a car I hate. Can't even listen to music when a drive, a very basic requirement for all. After buying the car and driving it there was a very strong smell of mold which affected my health for a short period. A basic requirement? Clean the car properly? Had to get one off the alloy wheels repaired as the tyre kept going down. Could Have been inspected before hand? So disappointed. Yup, you could have done more. Maybe if you knew that the bumper was loose when you received the car, you could have fixed it before selling it to me. I'm hoping to leave more reviews on different sites about College Motors Bangor. PLEASE DON'T BUY A CAR FROM THEM, PLEASE. Maybe you will not be so damned dismissive next time,view complaints as important and not lose business as a result of reviews such as this.
