I am overall very pleased with my experience with the CVM Group, I was dealing with a chap called Tony, who was great and provided a high level of customer service from start to finish. The Audi A3 I purchased was clean and tidy, just as expected, and better than described! I have recently just extended my contract and it was pretty painless! The great thing about using CVM Group was the ease and seamless process, nothing was any bother and everything was easy to understand and navigate. I give a high 4 star rating, but I am overall highly satisfied and I would recommend this company without hesitation.

We have been able to make arrangements to receive the vehicle in a time frame that works for us. The service provided by Richard has been very good.

Oh I absolutely love the Nissan Leaf, it is such a lovely car to drive I am really enjoying it! It doesn't have the biggest range I must say, but I only use the car to pick things up/drop things off, so it is fulfilling the job very well up to now. It still has that new car smell and brand new feeling which is great! Richard was an absolute pleasure to deal with, he was grand from start to end. I would highly recommend.

The new Mini bus we have just purchased is brilliant, absolutely incredible!We have got the Mini bus for a school and we are all absolutely delighted with it! Richard has been so helpful, he has really gone out of his way for us, literally out of his way, he brought the Mini bus up from Southampton for us to see which was a substantial journey for him! We got to have a little trip out in it and we were just so impressed with how helpful him and his team have been. We did have a few delays in getting our finance sorted, but he has been very lenient with us and gave us extra time to get that sorted.
