Everything is fine with our new car and the sales process was easy. There was some miscommunication at the start with the finance company, but it was good after that.

After driving home which is about an hour away my new car had an oil leak, but after quickly speaking to Concept this was sorted out in no time, as they arranged collection, fixed it, gave me a full tank of fuel and returned it. I've already recommended them to others, as they are down to earth and easy to deal with.

I would use Concept Car Credit again after having a fantastic experience with them. There was an issue with the engine management light coming on but this solved this as quickly as they could, and since then everything is driving great.
