This isn't my first time going through Concept Car Credit, and I would probably look to use them again. Both the service and the car are great.

Fantastic customer service

Customer service was all spot-on. In regards to the vehicle, everything is going well with it, there has been no issues. So no complaints from me.

I am giving a 3-star rating only because the car I bought initially arrived as a manual instead of the automatic I had requested. However, the staff were great and sorted it out for me, and I had the car I wanted within a week. They were really apologetic and handled everything quickly and efficiently. Overall, it was a mixed experience.

I did have a few problems in the beginning, however the guys were really good. They got me booked in right away and sorted everything out. I am having an issue with the radio, but when I take it in, it seems to work again. The team have said that if it happens again, I should bring it back in and they will sort it, which is appreciated. I would definitely recommend Concept and already have. They are a great dealership and really look after their customers. I will definitely go back in the future.

Happy with my car from concept, no issues - don't like filling it up to much haha!! However everything is well and the service was good.

Despite some issues with the vehicle needing to be looked at and the dates being changed for collection, overall I am happy with the service and how the car is driving. I would give them 4 out of 5.
