First time using Concept Car Credit and they were really good. Very supportive. I heard about them from my daughter and I cant fault them on both sides. Im enjoying the car, it’s very nice and everyone’s jealous. I was struggling to get car finance and was a bit wary about getting car finance due to a bad experience, but everything has gone through smoothly. They helped me with the documents then I went to see it and had a test drive. They helped me everything I needed. I was a little disappointed as I had to put oil in shortly after getting it. I raised it with the dealership, and they said if any more problems to get back in touch but I haven’t had any since. I will probably go back in the future to upsize. I have already recommended them to others.

I think one of the brake discs is grinding but apart from that, everything's fine. I had a very good experience with the dealer. Few hiccups but they went above and beyond to help me and get the car for me. They were very accommodating, supplied me with a car I wasn’t happy with, so they changed that and it was a lot better and more inline with what I was looking for.

I found them on Facebook, it was fairly easy to apply and I got accepted. They did a walk around video for me and got the car delivered the week after. Car was nice and clean on delivery. Best part was that we were looking for a seven-seater and they managed to find one in the budget I had.

I was looking around and came across the dealership and they accepted me, they made the whole process really smooth. I went in with a budget and they found me a car, it's everything that I need. They explained the paperwork, I test drove the car and was able to drive it away same day. They did go above and beyond to get me back on the road, really helpful
