Purchased a BMW 3 Series from here about a month ago, everything was done super quick, it was all prepared and cleaned. Didn't come across any issues. There was good communication throughout the sale. And since having the car I haven't had any problems with it.

Very easy process, I made my application they got back to me quickly and then it was arranged very easily for me to pick up the car. There was no drama it was very much a in and out process. It was super easy and the staff were all pleasant to deal with.

Everything has been perfect with the Astra I got, it is a nice little car, definitely an upgrade from my previous haha! Raz provided perfect customer service he was really helpful, talked me through everything and did most of the process for me. It just made it easy, there was no messing around or delays. I was very impressed with the service, would highly recommend.

Perfect customer service and a perfect car! I am so so pleased with it, it drives well with no issues. I don't know to much about cars I just wanted something that would be comfortable and safe to drive and that is exactly what Concept provided to me!
