Got a car through Concept Car Credit, with my bad history it was the last ditch attempt for me and they organised a car. To save on time I got given the finance agreement through email and I read through signed and sent it back to them to save on time and any hassle when I picked up the car. When arrived to sign paperwork they weren't open when they were due to open, had to wait an hour after the given opening time before I even walked through the door. Met with Anthony who was my sales rep and he was so friendly as you'd expect the salesman to be. From them taking photocopies to signing paperwork and me test driving should've been 20 minutes as I was told by the salesman day before as I had already signed the finance agreement. End of it all the whole process took 3 hours. Got pressurised to write them a good review, they weren't budging until I had done it then got shown to the car. I was told the car came with a 6 month warranty but no paperwork was given to me explaining terms and conditions. They forgot to give the car manual and spare key, received them via post couple days later. Everything eventually was so rushed I forgot to get my drivers licence. Had to go back to get it week later. Before I left was told I get 6 month warranty as standard with concept. Worst thing is the aftercare team, not helpful at all, just fob you off with any little information they can get away with. Apparently none of the new cars come with a spare tire which I had to later find out after I got a puncture. Like any warranty company even if your within your right they won't honour their responsibility but make you suffer as a customer. Got the car in June 2018 and the car broke down in December 2018. Still within my warranty. When I had the breakdown concept were on holiday and was closed. Had to wait a week to speak to anybody, was told to take it to their approved garage which I did at my own cost, garage said they needed authorisation from a designated person to start on my car who wasn't wasn't in till after New year. 3rd January came still no response, I had to chase them up and when it came to the point they need to authorise the work they won't, they admit I'm within my warranty they won't authorise it as I had done more than a certain amount of miles within 6 month which came to me as a shock, tried telling them this wasn't disclosed to me at point of sale or anybody from aftercare team. When I asked them what the 6 month warranty covers they had nothing to say or disclose any information regarding it. 4 weeks no car and £1000 down after hire car costs and loss of wages and legal battle, still no response Nice as pie when they sell you a car but your not worth anything to them after the sale or the 14 day cooling off period. If anybody goes to buy a car from concept, I strictly forbid you to do so unless you like being taken for a ride, disgusting company and service, will never in a million years recommend them.
