Took me a little while to get used to it because of the size, but it’s a nippy little thing for a 1L and I'm happy with it. Everything went smoothly at Concept Car Credit – Jamie was great and talked me through everything.

4 stars only because I was a bit upset about having to pay 2 lots of finances, as they didn't pay my car off in time before my next payment. Everything else about my experience was good, and I would go back and use Concept again.

There was one guy in particular Jamie that looked after me at Concept Car Credit who has been outstanding. I can't fault his service, he went above and beyond for me. I've had my car since April and it's been perfect.

Positive experience with concept, really helpful when arranging the finance; to finding the right car and budget to suit our needs.

This is my first time owning a Kia Sportage Estate and it's been spot on, I'm enjoying the car. I can't remember the name of the person who looked after me but the application process was easy and well explained.

Getting on alright with the car so far, it's not too bad. I've just been driving it from home to work, no long trips yet, but I’ve got my first one coming up in a couple of weeks to Wales. There was a bit of a mess around at the start because I didn’t have proof of pay rise for the car I originally wanted. I also asked about a few things like the sat nav but couldn’t get through to the salesman, and aftersales wasn’t very helpful. Since having the car, I’ve noticed a missing window seal and a few scratches I didn’t see before. But overall, I’m really happy with what I’ve got, and to be honest, I didn’t think I’d even get accepted for a car. 5 stars.

Everything from the car to the finance application all went fine. 4 stars.

I do need to call up, as I have a tyre pressure light that keeps coming on and I'm finding myself topping it up with air most days but otherwise the car is great. Defiantly 5 stars for Concept! I absolutely love my Mini Hatch, it's brilliant. I had the car delivered and it was nice to have it arrive on time, in good condition.
