Do not deal with Congleton Trade Cars or it's owner Gary Nuttal, he is untrustworthy and if you are owed money you will struggle to get it back. I dealt with him last July and it ended up that he owed me £3595. I managed to get £1500 back but have had to take him to Court for the remaining £1595 which he refuses to deal with, he even refused to attend Court. He also has other Court cases against him, one for £3010 in Manchester and another for £1871 in Nottingham. Also check Companies House for other information. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY

Don’t deal with Congleton Trade Cars, my son bought a car off him about 5 weeks ago, it wanted m.o.t. On it which he promised to do. My son paid him £380 deposit.the rest he was going to pay when it was ready. We are still waiting, my son decided he no longer wanted it so went to tell him that . So he wanted his deposit back. He said he hadn’t got it on him but he would get it in the afternoon of that day. So my son has neither car or money. He’s been down today thursday 1st aug 19. To get his money back, he said he would pay him back when. he has sold it, I don’t think that is going to happen. A very arrogant man with no regard for anyone else only himself. He needs stopping from trading, before he does a few more innocent people of their hard earned money. We are going to go to Trading Standards as advised by our solicitor.. I suggest everyone else does the same, to put an end to this conman. Jeff

Also must be paying off DVSA cos they do naff all to help you,what goes around comes around , and believe me his time is coming very shortly and Ian F.Face. Bought a van off Congleton Trade Cars..with in 2 days car developed a coolant problem ..van returned back to him after a couple of days he rang to say it had been repaired ..got it back with in a day the coolant problem was still happening had a mechanic friend look at the van and I was told the head gasket had gone..the van was returned back to the garage again..spoke to citizen advice and was told I was in my right to ask for my money back....spoke to garage owner garry nuttle who said that’s not going to happen..sent him notice of 14 days to give me my money back as advised by trading standards ..on the 12th day without my knowing he drops the van off at my sons home ..knowing full well if he’d dropped it off at my house I would not taken it back..my mechanic has taken a look at it for me and he’s not changed the head gasket he’s filled it with gasket sealant..it’s going back to him again..spoke to garry telling him he’s not fixed just .he was flippant on the phone..I’m now taking him to small claims court..

We had a problem with the car we bought from Congleton Trade Cars within a week. The contact assured us he would fix it and ordered the parts. But now fails to answer the phone to me. 2 months on and nothing has changed. Car still not fixed.

Congleton Trade Cars sold me a care with false paperwork. Plus the previous owner took him to court for sell her a car that was not safe to be on the road. He had it back from her then sold it to me, without getting the things fixed and gave me a a false Mot. After sales. Well he just said go see a solicitor. Check every carefully if you do buy one of this man.

CONGLETON TRADE CARS. trade cars in congleton are a good garage i ave had several cars of Gary the owner had no problems the odd teething problems which you expect in second hand cars the clue is in trade they are not new you are all ways welcome to test drive before you buy i had a ford focus fantastic car love it. Its the luck of the draw. I will keep buying cars from him because you get what you pay for HE WORKS SO HARD TO PLEASE...... i give this guy 5 stars i will carry on using him because he works with you if you have a problem he will try his hardist to try to resolve it he is a honest guy.................. keep up the good work Gary............
