I think we could be labelled as demanding customers! We dropped in and saw the car unprepped and on the ramp. We were invited to look around it. James kindly explaining what they did to all cars and showing what they were going to do to this one. He pointed out what they were fixing too. We were impressed by the honest and unpressured approach. We came back a couple of days later and put a deposit on the car. Tony, the owner was professional and straight talking. No nonsense. Over the next week they worked tirelessly on prepping the car to a standard that exceeded our expectations. The car looked new not 9 years old! I really liked that all the staff were friendly, and answered questions in an honest way. They prepped the car in just the way they said they would. We are very pleased with the whole experience and have recommended friends already to shop for a car at Coopers Cars. I'd recommend you do the same. As an anxious purchaser I felt reassured by their approach and set up. Devon and Somerset Trading Standards Buy with Confidence scheme members too. I have no doubt if I have any issues with the car Tony will be a fair person to deal with. I will certainly look at this dealership first of all for my next car. Bought a Ford Kuga from Coopers Cars South West, got home and husband mentioned the bonnet was out of alignment. Their “Going back to basics” and three point visual check prior to new customer taking away car, clearly this did not happen, not even clean inside. The owner is very arrogant, and does not like criticism from customers complaining about their “perfect” cars. Would not recommend Cooper Cars South West to anyone.

I CAN truly say Tony and his team are very passionate about how the cars are prepared visually and mechanically. They seem to service there cars to high standard.,and at reasonable price . Having looked around a few dealers without success I came across Cooper Cars. They were offering an Audi A4 Estate which suited my needs. Made an appt and went over to meet Joe to look the car over, which I did without any pressure, just left alone to look at everything. Went for a test drive and all was good, so purchased the car. It needed a couple of little jobs doing before collection, which they did without any fuss. Collected the car a couple of days later and dealt with Tony, again everything was ready, all the paperwork to hand and ready to go. To summarise, they were a pleasure to deal with, very polite and helpful. Would highly recommend Coopers Cars South West.
