Just bought a car from Corner Park Garages is Swansea. I must say that I was very impressed with the service as I was buying on line. Luke Higginson was great! very helpful without being pushy. Even answering his phone on his day off. The only complaint is that by the time I made my purchase the price went up slightly but I believe I still got a good price. The guy who delivered the car to me in North London was lovely and very polite. Of course time will tell if I made the right purchase but cannot fault the service of this dealer. I would highly recommend them

The car was immaculate on collection and all promises on the sale were met to a high standard. Would definitely buy from them again. Post lockdown I found a vehicle I wanted to purchase on the corner park website. I visited the Swansea branch as it stated the vehicle was situated there. When I went to the branch they told me that the vehicle was in repairs so I put a deposit down to secure the vehicle. They told me it would be there in a fortnight, I travelled too Swansea again a fortnight later to find it still wasn't there. They told me they were sorting the issues on the vehicle before they allowed me to see it, which I found fair. I asked if they could transfer the vehicle to the Cardiff branch as it was closer to me. The delay ended up being for a month, so they allowed me to use a courtesy vehicle they owned due to me selling my previous vehicle thinking that the vehicle would be ready for me to purchase in time, which I was very pleased with. They apologised for the delay and said they would of preferred me have the vehicle when it was deemed roadworthy so I wouldn't have to keep travelling back and forth with ongoing issues. I seen the vehicle and fell in love with it from the get go. Only to find, when I drove it home the issue they had apparently solved hadn't been solved at all. A day later I took the vehicle back as I embarrassingly broke down in my local supermarket carpark. They had the vehicle for a further week, I picked the vehicle up and yet again the same issue continued. I should of given the vehicle back at this point, but I was besotted by it and decided to give them a further chance to fix it. When I had the vehicle for the third time it went into limp mode three days later. I couldn't understand it, the vehicle had no power. I ended up getting the finance company involved who then put my vehicle into 5 different garages over the space of 5 months as no one could solve the issue with the vehicle, at this point I was still expected to pay for a vehicle that wasn't in my possession and I had to purchase a cheap run around for those 5 months while no one could rectify the problem. O It ended up going to a specialist garage in Cardiff where I was informed the vehicle had been filled with diesel when it was an unleaded vehicle. I never had the opportunity to fill the vehicle with the wrong fuel as at this point as I hardly had the vehicle in my possession. I ended up having to get the finanical ombudsman involved due to a dispute between myself, the finance company and Corner Park garages to pay the repairs. The parts and repairs came to well over a £1000. Considering I hadn't had the vehicle much to drive (even though it was past the date to give the vehicle back) they demanded I paid the expenses. I ended up winning the case and the payment was issued to corner park to pay. But yet again a few weeks later the engine management light had come on again and that was when I decided to terminate the finance contract burning myself with payments and effecting my credit rating. I would never ever advise someone to buy a vehicle off this company. Once they have your money they do not care about you!

Saw a car I liked on auto trader. Went to look at it. Saw salesman Dave. Asked for a test drive, and car seemed as described. Agreed to pay cash and told Dave I had no interest in a warranty, and also agreed a cash sale at advertised price. Asked for a full tank of fuel and was promised not a full tank but would give it some. Went to pick up the car and waited nearly an hour to complete the purchase which should have been fairly simple. No apology, only the ramblings of a salesman running down potential customers as soon as they had left the portacabin. Went in to pay and Dave comes in to tell me 'you really should get the warranty, trust me you want it' The warranty is not worth the paper it is printed on. Sales manager after I told him I was not interested showed no interest in me as a customer whatsoever. An air of arrogance was on full display. No idea how the car will pan out, but the sales team there are an absolute bunch of cowboys of differing ranks. Avoid.
Purchased a car about half a year ago from Corner Park Garage Swansewa, I love it and I truly dont regret my decision at all. Dave was great but the actual finance person was shit. He didn't know much and fed us a lot of different information which wasnt right or true. Didn't receive many documents on the car as I would expect only the owners pink slip. They cleaned the car prior and having spent 2months looking, I would say it is one of the better dealers out there, not the best and not perfect but yeah. P.S quickly upon looking at their lifetime guarantee, I decided not to take it as essentially it doesn't cover anything, for that extra thousand or however much it is, you're better off buying some things for the car to keep it in tip top shape.
I bought a 16 plate Ds3 here not even a year ago and the alternator has gone. I understand that it is not the garages fault as cars are unreliable however the way they dealt with it is awful! 3 weeks has past and my car is still in that garage with the sales team not being very helpful! I was told 2 weeks ago my car had had to go to Citroen in Cardiff as it needed a specialist to look at it however when I called the next day for updates it turns out my car didn’t even make it to Citroen and corner park were very reluctant to give me the number to the garage that my car was actually at! Corner park were clearly clueless as to what car they had sold me as they were arguing with myself trying to tell me that my car is start stop when I know for a fact it isn’t!! The first garage it went to had issues ordering an alternator because they kept sending a start stop one and now the second garage is having the same issue!! The most appealing thing about corner park was the lifetime warranty however it is pointless in getting it as if I was paying for the repairs I can guarantee that the issue would’ve been resolved within a few days of it being in the garage!! The after sales team had been nothing but hard work! Giving me their private number to contact and then not answering but when I call of a different number they answer straight away! This is my first car from Corner Park Garages in Swansea and most defiantly will be my last!
Stay away from Corner Park Garages in Swansea, don’t trust them. Took reserve knowing full well they weren’t go to sell it to us. Back handed and sold to someone else. Took deposit easily but takes 5 working days to return money. Was told so many different stories by different salesmen and even managers they kept tripping up. Avoid don’t buy from them.
Swansea Corner Park said the car advertised on line had been sold, only for us to then see the exact car at their Llantrisant garages. The car was 11k I asked for a price paying cash and was told they didn't like selling cars for cash as there was more profit on finance! There was a safety fault with the rear seat connector, a small issue, it took them eight days to sort remembering it took 8 seconds for my bank transfer to be processed, remembering the Consumer Rights Act states that you should expect any car to be of ‘satisfactory quality’, ‘as described’ and ‘fit for purpose’ at the time of sale. If any of these criteria aren’t met the dealer is under a legal obligation to rectify any faults at their cost. Then we had the dealer trying to sell me life time warranties and to top it all they wanted a £99 admin fee and only four months MOT. The sales people at Swansea were stomping about as it seems there was missed commission, all in all Big Garage, Back street mentality !
The service is fine until something actually goes wrong with the car. I am a laid back person but this garage has caused me nothing but stress and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Bought a Mercedes - was given the log book with the incorrect information on, out of decency this could've been corrected by them as they were selling me the car. Nearly 2 months in I was told my tyres were ridiculously illegal with the cords on show. It required a wheel alignment as everything was so off balance. I also had a water leak which I needed to repair, it caused damp, mould and rust. This resulted in me also paying for my carpets to be removed, dried and the car to be cleaned thoroughly. The hassle to sort everything out myself with no help from the garage was disgusting. Called several times for the problems and I was either palmed off, promised call backs that didn't happen, my emails to "managers" were ignored for weeks and when I eventually spoke to a manager nothing was acknowledged and I was told "I don't know what you expect me to do". Rude staff. Truly gutted I spent my money here.
