I’m absolutely loving my new Mercedes Benz, it’s a lovely car and drives beautifully. I also wanted to say a huge thank you to the whole team. They were so kind and helpful, and they even let me and my partner test drive several vehicles first to make sure we got the right one. I really appreciated being given a courtesy car while waiting on all the paperwork to clear too. Their advice was brilliant. I had lots of questions about economical cars and they took the time to walk us through everything and help us make the right decision. I’m very grateful for their service and knowledge. Would 100% recommend!

I would highly recommend Country Car Sales to anyone looking for a car. From the moment I put down my deposit to finalising the purchase, the whole process was completely seamless. Mannie is genuine, friendly and very laid-back, with absolutely no pressure or pushy sales tactics, which made the whole experience so much easier and more enjoyable. I couldn’t get to Welwyn Garden City to collect the car, but Mannie went above and beyond and personally went out of his way to deliver the car right to my doorstep. That level of customer service really stood out to me. I’m extremely happy with my Q3, and the service I received. Country Cars are brilliant, and I have bought both my cars from there. I dealt exclusively with Mannie and he was super helpful and I didn't feel any pressure to buy a car from him on that day. Their website is really easy to browse and to reserve a car. I was given all the time I needed to test drive it, Mannie answered all my questions clearly, and gave me a fair price for my old car. They were really flexible with when I could do the exchange, and got my road tax set up for me on the day. They were also clear about all the things I would need to do myself. I encountered a problem with my car within the first month and they took it back in under warranty, gave me a hire car, and fixed the issue within 48 hours! No complaints at all and I would recommend to anyone in the local area.
