The staff were incredibly nice and went above and beyond to give us all the info we needed, especially about the vehicle’s history, like the timing belt change. It’s an older model, but with such low mileage, it feels practically brand new! My husband really needed a reliable car for work, and they definitely delivered. So far, my BMW has been fantastic; I am completely satisfied with it. Jamal was the salesman who assisted me with the purchase of my car, and I could not have asked for anyone better. Unlike the typical salesman, Jamal did not come across as pushy, and he gave me plenty of time to decide whether or not to buy my BMW. During the handover, the car was in excellent condition and had been valeted to a high level.

The salesperson who looked after me—I cannot remember his name now—was informative, knowledgeable, and never came across pushy at anytime during the purchase. I was most impressed with how everything turned out, and I would definitely shop with this dealership when I need to upgrade my vehicle.
