I have been looking for used Renault Capture on Auto Trader I found one within my range and called Coventry Mazda as it was a new listing the images were not available and I spoke with Mr.David Taylor at the dealership and asked him about the car and to send me images of the car he so promptly send them over by Email and described the car I liked the car and put a deposit to reserve it he so promptly did and then we were in contact on how to pay and collect the car and he was very helpful and detailed the procedure I then transferred the money and set a date for collection. I had to travel from London to Coventry to collect. The hand over was easy he explained everything and also arranged to tax the car the car was valeted then i drove home happy with the experience received at Coventry Mazda and from Mr.David Taylor
We took our car for service. My other half was told the tyres were below the legal limit and would fail the MOT, we were also told that another part of the car underneath was a fail. My other half paid for the "repairs". I subsequently reviewed the video recording debrief taken by the car technician to find him categorically lying on camera whilst holding the tyre gauge showing it well within limits ~5mm vs 1.6mm legal limit plus I had an independent car mechanic review the other failure who said it was not a fail at all. Along with this, one of the fails was never recorded on the MOT GOV website. After 3-6 months of emails, letters, to both head office (who took no action) and multiple phone calls we had gotten nowhere with a terrible attitude from the Service Manager who was totally apathetic, rude and would not respond to any email questions. I submitted my case to the small claims court and they settled out of court, our worst experience of a garage to date. Lacking in professionalism, care and pride in their work. Avoid.

They failed my Vitara at its first MOT for a very dubious worn pedal rubber. They then claimed it wasnt a part they carry..... That was after THREE services at the garage. Never again. When an independent garage serviced my car recently he found the cabin filter was totally blocked, he was pretty certain the air filter hadnt been changed and the brake/clutch fluid had deteriorated despite allegedly being changed 18 months earlier. Brakes and clutch both feel significantly better since the indie garage serviced the car - so I can only assume that the fluid was "checked and topped up" at the second service rather than replaced.
New CX5,nice and relaxed from buying to pickup,went through everything on the car,how it works,etc,just great service,PS,have been buying cars from COV MAZDA for over 20years,That says something.

Went to purchase our new Suzuki from Coventry Suzuki as we were recommended, Was greated by a scruffy salesman who didn’t seem to a lot about the vitara poor effort
I visited the coventry Green4 motor company and was attended by Derek. He seemed totally disinterested in our custom. When we asked him what cars were available, given our specifications he just seemed disinterested and stated that he would get back to us the next day as it was nearly closing time. There was another couple with another sales rep. that was happily showing them around and seemed a good rep. I didn't hear anything( given his attitude I didn't expect to either) from him and it's been 3 days now. Shame as I've now purchased a brand new car from somewhere else. He definitely needs to have more training.

Very good selection of cars and a very good deal on a pre reg Suzuki. Darren was an excellent salesman - no hard sell at all, lots of straight and honest advice. I had a slight problem with a financial issue and Darren immediately suggested a solution that was suitable. Very pleased with the car, the deal and the customer service.
