1st time service where I receive the wrong name on invoice. Made 3 calls no one able to resolve. Some 45 minutes still no response. Very annoying. how can you get the wrong name and charge someone else. Mercedes could not find simpler way to resolving after all that where someone could have taken responsibility. still waiting!!!

Not only was he able to find me a vehicle that suited my needs but also another for my parents. We purchased 2 cars in 2 months, this was the easiest dealership I have ever worked with. My Car was with them for 3 months with parts on order. Little communication unless they wanted a loan car back when i was given as little as a few hours notice - cars were exchanged (with my fuel) 5 times When I finally got the car back a strong Ammonia smell ocurred within days . Seems in the 'repair' a leak had occurred in the Adblu line Aftersales Director called me with no knowledge of the issues No one has called since . No apology Nice Uniforms Poor Customer Service
I’m happy with my purchase. They had the best vehicle for an amazing price with extra mod cons at no extra cost., The only thing I didn’t like was the £500 deposit to ensure I provide the log book details once t take off my private plate. Apart from that Bart & Jordan did do their best to secure a great finance deal. My issues were resolved fairly nonetheless.

Having been in the motor trade myself for all of my working life until 15 years ago, it was a breath of fresh air to speak to a sales exec that could answer my questions and was helpful. A very big thank you to Darren Price who has always returned calls and emails and has been very helpful through out the whole process including handover and questions since. I have to say he is an asset to the sales department along with Abid who was also very helpful. It was a shame that we could not experience the whole dealership buying and handover experience due to the Covid epidemic.
Thank you Bart and Rebecca for your honesty and professional standards, as always quick to help and quick to reassure, I was extremely worried for my car, between you and Rebecca my car was restored fault free with minimum fuss and would recommend yourselves and the whole team of Mercedes Coventry, if only all things in life was so simple, with Mercedes whats not to like, Thanks again Bart and Rebecca. Never again. The salesman was our 'best friend' when he wanted to sell us a car but the minute he had our money, the customer service stopped. When we went to collect the car, the satnav didn't work, the tyres were extremely borderline (our reliable tyre company said the car should never have been sold with those tyres on), there was masking tape around the grill even though the car had supposedly been through the valet department, there were marks on the body work that I had to polish off (I'm pretty sure this car never even saw the valet department). I could go on and on, and as for the lack of communication, well, when they promise to ring you back, take it with a very large pinch of salt... I think they only have an incoming line, not an outgoing line! I have bought several Merecedes over the years from other garages and I have always been really pleased with them but it's safe to say that I will never be going back to Merecedes Benz Coventry (Inchcape) and I will also be warning my friends, several of whom also have Mercedes cars.

Took my car for diagnostics and repair and was charged over 700 GBP. A few days later the Engine management light came on again. I called MB and I was told to return the car for a check. A day before my appointment. I got a call to say i had to pay for diagnostics. It made absolutely no sense and all I see is a business looking to rip off its customers.
Unfortunately I had a fault with my roof mechanism on my SLC, with the roof stuck down (fortunately it was a dry day!!!) I took my car to Mercedes Coventry and was assisted by a very efficient and helpful lady called Leanne Brown. Despite it being a ‘drop-in’ visit and the workshop looking very busy, rather than turn me away to seek assistance through the Mercedes Recovery programme (with a loan vehicle), she organised a mechanic to have a quick look at the vehicle to see if there was a simple quick fix …. so after only a 15 minute wait, a mechanic called Rich Nightingale took the car away and 20 minutes later advised he had traced the fault, replaced some faulty switchgear and the roof closed perfectly!!!! I feel this was exemplary service as they could have easily sent me home to go through the longer winded procedure which may have resulted in my car towed to the same garage and my having the hassle of a loan car … all of which could have taken hours that I did not have on what was a manic day!!!! So a negative, into a positive thanks to Leanne and Rich :-D

We, unfortunately, bought a new E class in 2016. Very expensive mistake !! The car has had recall after recall, fault after fault , several on-going. They keep “fixing” the faults only for them to fail again within days & weeks. It failed to start Dec 2017, none of them no why however they still declare the car to be perfect. It appears that the enjoyment of owning a new Mercedes E class is in taking it to the garage all the time to be fixed and dealing with a lack of customer service that is unrivalled in my 44 years, I will be collecting my car tomorrow and I may as well book it in for a few weeks time. The only good thing is that there are copious drinks and biscuits in the garage whilst you wait,
