My son paid a deposit on a Range Rover that is where all the trouble started!! My rating would be a minus there is nothing good about this company in any way possible. Even the garage that was recommended by CPL Ltd didn't have anything good to say about the company that says it all, we are now taking CPL Enterprise UK Limited to court. If you have any sense you will not buy from this shambles of a company. Watch this space.

I was miss sold, CPL UK Enterprise lied to me about the state of the car and then ignored me once i tried to return the car and get a refund. Put my life at risk by selling me an unsafe car, no apology, nothing... his bank gave me back the money.

I will never go there again and recommend others not to. I bought a vehicle which he claimed had been HPI checked but it's become obvious over time that it has some "history". E.g. rear seat back is of the 60-40 split variety but the seat is in one piece. Doors don't quite fit as neatly as they should. Lots of other suggestions that it's been radically repaired. Also mileage doesn't ring true to garage that maintains it. I inspected the tyres prior to agreeing a price; they were in quite good order with plenty of tread. By the time I collected the vehicle they appeared to have been changed for nearly worn out ones. Some of the promised paperwork (service history etc) never materialised. Main issue is that the engine won't pull from low revs. No-one - not CPL's repairer nor Ford dealer - can get to the bottom of this. We eventually got used to changing down a gear. CPL's premises were unoccupied most of the time, unless someone had an appointment, and after some limited hep with early complaints, their mobile phone was unanswered (or my number blocked) so I couldn't get any response. All told a very bad experience. N.B. Date of purchase was 2 years earlier than stated, due to a limitation of the website.

CPL Enterprise were good as gold and I can't fault them at all. Phillip was a total professional and did everything he said he would do. If only all car dealerships made buying a car as simple as these guys.
