I want to express my gratitude to the team. On Monday 30 May I was travelling home to Nottingham with a couple of friends. There was a loud metallic sound coming from my offside front wheel and I was worried that the car wasn’t safe to drive. As we were very close to Cramlington I drove to the car dealer and explained the situation. The representative was very helpful and checked the car the car for me. The team identified the heat shield for the drive shaft had come away and was the cause of the noise. This could have been repaired by the garage on the next day, however we weren’t staying overnight, so the car was made sufficiently safe for me to drive home, and I booked it into my local garage for repair. Thank you so much for all you did for me. I would recommend this garage, the staff are so helpful.
