I dealt with both Luke and Kieran when I purchased my Mercedes A Class - Luke was the advisor who talked me through everything, got me the deal in place and helped me secure the car. I wanted to collect the car on a Sunday, but Luke wasn't working that day, so he passed me over to Kieran who was also excellent. Kieran did the handover and it was smooth and simple. Luke had given Kieran all the details so he was fully aware of everything we had discussed prior, they communicated very well between them to ensure the smoothest journey for me. I'm chuffed with how everything panned out and am over the moon with the A Class, its the perfect car for me!

The customer care from Tim was great, he is very good at what he does. He didn't rush anything, no pressure, answered anything I threw at him, he said if there is anything you need after the sale, just come back to me and I'll happily sort, he was brilliant. I can't recommend highly enough.

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a used car from this main dealer, and the experience was nothing short of fantastic. From the moment I stepped into the showroom, Imogen, the sales representative, delivered a service that I can only describe as phenomenal. Imogen's professionalism and knowledge of the cars on offer was truly impressive. She went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of the car buying process was seamless. Imogen's attention to detail, along with her friendly and approachable attitude, immediately put me at ease. It's not every day you encounter a salesperson who genuinely cares about your needs and preferences. As someone who has had less than ideal experiences with car salespeople in the past, I approached this purchase with some reservations. However, my perceptions were completely overturned by the exceptional service provided by Imogen and the entire team. The dislike I usually have for car salespeople faded away during this process. Most women like handbags, but I like cars, being an enthusiast of cars, I was pleasantly surprised by the faultless condition of the used Audi TT I chose. While I typically opt for brand new cars, this used gem ticked every box for me. It's clear this dealer takes great care in ensuring the quality and condition of their pre-owned vehicles. I admire Imogen and her commitment to what she does.

My son recommended this dealership to me after buying his car there last year. I took the plunge and went down to see what they had on offer - the SEAT Ateca stood out to me and was a great price for the age and mileage.... I snapped it up! The car is running nicely with no causes of concern at all, its great. Imogen, the saleswomen was exceptional, very friendly, helpful and was able to answer every question I had. They are very laidback and approachable, a nice bunch to deal with. 2 of my family members are currently in the process of buying cars elsewhere and they have both had bad experiences so I know how the other side can be, I'm very grateful my experience was as great as it was.

Kieran is a pleasant young man, he is knowledgeable and extremely helpful without being pushy. I have bought from Swansway before (great experience) but never from their SEAT branch in Crewe - I will 100% revisit this branch without a doubt. I even told Kieran's manager at the sale how brilliant he was and how much he helped during the X2 purchase. For the first time using this garage, I was left with extremely positive impressions. The customer service was consistently fantastic and the car is brilliant. A very smooth, lovely drive and tip top condition throughout. No complaints at all from me.

First of all, I want to say.....credit to Tom! He looked after me from start to finish and he was faultless, I couldn't begin to think of anything he has done wrong, he was a real pleasure to deal with. Tom was always on the other end of the phone, email and in person, he always made time for us, no matter how big or small. The car has been running perfect since I got it last month, its exactly what I wanted and have exceeded my expectations. I've dealt with a lot of dealerships and had a lot of cars on PCP but the service I received from this team was 100% the best to date. I know this will be my go to dealership for years to come! I've just swapped my car for a SEAT Ibiza and I like it very much, I am happy with my choice. Luke was great at sale, he handled it perfectly, was informative, helpful but not pushy at all. There was also a girl in the servicing department, I cant remember her name but she was so helpful too. I am really happy with my experience at Crewe SEAT and would recommend to anybody.

I am so pleased with my SEAT Leon, I've just taken it on a long drive to London and it was brilliant, it was comfortable on a long drive and so smooth on the motorways. Its much belter than the old clapped out Astra I had. Its a fab car, I'm loving it! Tom was really good, he made the whole situation seem simple and easy. I really liked that there was no pressure or breathing down my neck following me around, Tom left us to look at the car and was around when we had any questions. I felt valued as a customer. We had actually gone to a different SEAT branch before visiting Crewe, where I stood waiting for over 30 minutes for somebody to even acknowledge me, so I left got back online and found the SEAT Leon with Crewe Audi - the difference in service/attention to customers between the branches was unreal. I will use Crewe SEAT as my first port of call next time I want a new car.
