We recently bought a used car from Criteria Cars. Loved the car, but after only a day or so the air-con failed. I rang them about the problem, and we couldn't have had a better response. They had it diagnosed, and found that a part needed replacing. A few days later, the car was returned for repair (which took the whole morning) and they gave us the use of their pool car so we could have a look around Ely. This must have made quite a cut into their profit, but there was never a quibble. I've never had better service after buying a second-hand car. They even washed the car! We are really pleased with the car we purchased from Ben and Danny at Criteria Cars . They were very friendly and understanding of what we were looking for . The car was ready for pick up when we required it , the handover was excellent ,all the after care fully explained to us especially as we live a fair way from Ely. After this experience we would definitely use them in the future . There was only one downside, Ben would not let me have his dog!!!!!
